There aren’t enough words or enough space in any review to do justice to the work that Jenna put in to our wedding day and how amazing she was. Since the first call with her, she was kind, understanding, open, and so much fun to work with. Her calm, easygoing demeanour set the tone for the entire day, and she ensured that the whole day from beginning to end ran smooth, no matter what bumps in the road came up. She was amazing even before the wedding, going the extra mile to visit the venue before the day with me so she could understand my vision, coming to our rehearsal to make sure she knew all of our important people and ensuring we were ready for the big day. On the wedding day, she truly shined. Her quick, calm and efficient management of the day shone through as she managed other late vendors, a constantly shifting weather situation, late changes in decor setup, a change in ceremony location, many family members, and a very long day! Through it all she kept a huge smile on her face, took fantastic care of my husband and I, and gave us the opportunity to really enjoy our special day without having to worry about anything. She handled everything from the decor setup of our entire venue, to timeline management for the entire day, supporting myself and my husband, working with our DJ and MC to keep us on track, and tearing everything down at the end of the night to make sure we got all of our stuff back safe. If you are looking for a coordinator that can manage your day, lots of family, and make sure you enjoy the day with your new spouse, Jenna is the first and only coordinator you should call. Her pricing was reasonable, she was so knowledgeable about everything when it came to the day, and she really is someone I would recommend to anyone looking for a top tier wedding coordinator. I would plan another wedding just to work with Jenna again. It was a true pleasure and joy to work with her. -

I hired Jenna for day-of coordination, but she offered to help out from day 1, helping me find vendors and reviewing options. On the wedding day itself, she made sure that everything went just right. If something happened that was unexpected or not in the plans, she immediately took charge and solved the issue, though always made sure to ask my opinion. She always went above and beyond. I would recommend her to any future couples! She loves what she does and it shows! -

I truly don’t know what I would have done without Jenna! From the very beginning, she was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to my (MANY) texts and questions, and always so kind and reassuring. She helped me create the perfect wedding day timeline that kept everything organized and stress-free and kept the vendors in the loop as well. She attended our wedding rehearsal and the final details meeting with the venue to ensure that there was so miscommunications and that our vision was brought to life.
On the day of the wedding, Jenna made sure everything ran so smoothly that I was actually able to relax and enjoy the day, something I didn’t think would be possible! Every little detail was taken care of, and she handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly.
Jenna genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and it truly showed in everything she did. I’m beyond grateful for her support, professionalism, and kindness. If you’re a bride looking for someone who will make your day effortless and magical, Jenna is the one! 💕💫 -

Our wedding super hero!
My husband and I can not thank Jenna enough for all that she did to help us with our big day!
We hired Jenna about two weeks before the wedding after quickly realizing everything we both thought we could do day of, was not possible. Within an hour of reaching out to Jenna she was on a call with us walking us through how the day could look with what we already had planned and how she could help!
Once the contract was signed Jenna got straight to work, she thought of all the little details that we hadn’t, started making lists and itineraries. She even drove out to the venue in rush hour to do a walk through with us. This was all within 10 days of the wedding!
On the day of, Jenna was nothing short of amazing! It was like having another best friend there with you. I want to give her an extra special mention for bringing me bread half way through family photos after I insisted all morning I wasn’t hungry! Lol!
Our family and friends were also amazed by her talent, dedication and pure support of myself and my husband.

I can’t not recommend her enough! every bride is as lucky as I was to have Jenna by their side on their wedding day. ❤️

From the first communication to the day of the wedding she was a 10 out of 10. Prompt communication, fun and energetic and professional on wedding day and well organized in every aspect. As I’m Your Wedding Guy I would recommend her 100%.

Jenna was an amazing wedding coordinator for my son and daughter in laws wedding . She was very organized and thoughtful throughout the whole entire day! This might be a little long winded but I can’t thank Jenna enough for everything she did to make our wedding day so seamless and special. From the moment we started working together, she was professional, organized, and genuinely caring. She knew our schedule like the back of her hand and stayed on top of every little detail even when unexpected things came up, she handled them with calm confidence before I ever had a chance to stress. Especially handled my last minute changes like a champ and with no complaints!
What meant the most to me was how much she truly cared. She constantly checked in on me, made sure I was okay, and made me feel supported every step of the way. I never worried about a single thing, and our ceremony went so smoothly. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding with the same love and care as if it were their own, I highly recommend her.
She was there for us during the rehearsal and honestly every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive wedding planner for my big day!
