Maria has an incredible vision and truly brought our dream wedding to life. She took the time to listen to our ideas and designed our Exquisite Affare with creativity and precision.
Instead of following the hall’s standard floorplan, Maria reimagined the layout so that every guest had a perfect view of the head table and dance floor. Her keen attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked.
Walking into our wedding left us absolutely speechless. Our family and friends had an amazing time and still talk about how much they loved the celebration.
Maria, told our love story the way we wanted it to be told.

My wife and I tried planning our wedding ourselves. Key word there being "tried". Once we reached out to Exquisite Affare, Maria Zabala made our lives so much easier!
With over 20 years of experience, Maria is very passionate about her craft and she walked us through all the steps. She kept everything well organized and covered everything from our budget to the smallest details of our ceremony that we never would've thought about. We even had to move our ceremony indoors instead of the garden due to weather and resulted in us changing things around for our itinerary. Maria adjusted seamlessly on the fly and was very accommodating to all our requests throughout the day. She really took away all the stress so that we could just focus on being in the moment on our wedding day.
Maria was kind, patient, and always on the ball. She took the time to get to know us and our family. She made sure to check in with us throughout the day. It truly felt like working with family. We couldn't be more happy to have had Maria as our wedding planner.

My husband and I hired Maria to help with day-of wedding coordination. In reality, communication started six weeks prior to the day and we can't explain how much of a help she was. She was kind, helpful, organized, accurate and on-the-ball. She was a calming force especially when the day drew closer — you don't realize how the little things can stress you out! We put our trust in Maria to help with one of the most special days of our lives and she treated us, our guests and our entire day with all the love of a friend. Maria was wonderful to work with. I love efficiency and organisation - and Maria was exactly that!
She was kind, patient, and very friendly. On the day off, she looked after the day beautifully, and ensured everything was in place. The set up was better than I imagined. She took time to check in with me multiple times on the wedding day, and I felt I could go to her with anything. It really felt like working with a very trusted friend, and I am so happy I chose her to be our day off/month off planner. I highly recommend Maria as a wedding planner - you will not regret it! -

Maria is awesome. She cares. She tackles the difficult conversations with vendors and keeps your best interests in mind. She flagged some troublesome clauses in one of the vendor's contract and saved us from a bad venue. She provides emotional support when going through all the hurdles (above and beyond). I trusted her to set up and fulfill our vision. She really helped keep our day running smoothly and it felt easy. She is worth every penny. -
