Originally my husband and I were unsure about hiring a day of coordinator, but we are SO incredibly glad we did. Justine alleviated all stress from not only the day of the wedding but the month leading up to the wedding. She took care of all the things you don't even think about but are CRUCIAL to the flow and organization of your wedding - following up and confirming with vendors, confirming pickup and drop off times, making sure the vendors arrived, making sure all decor and florals got to where they needed to be, made sure the ceremony went smoothly and everyone knew what they were doing, made sure the speeches and parts of the reception went off without a hitch and on time, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I TRULY believe our wedding would not have been the perfect day and evening it was without Justine. Her pricing is very reasonable for all that she does, however if you are unsure of whether to have Justine coordinate your wedding, I can tell you she made my special day all that it was. We can't thank her enough! -

Where do we begin? Justine has been so incredible from the very beginning. She helped us find the best vendors and made sure our wedding day went so smoothly. She took on all the stressful parts of a wedding and we could enjoy only the good parts!! Having Justine as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. Hiring Justine as our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She made the entire process so much less stressful by taking over vendor communication, creating a detailed timeline, and thinking through details we would have missed.
On our wedding day she and her team were incredible. They set everything up exactly how we pictured it, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure my husband and I were taken care of all day. Because of Justine we were able to relax, enjoy every moment, and know everything was in good hands. -

Casa Loma Wedding Planning
Working with Justine was an absolute gift. She's incredibly easy to work with and always gave honest, thoughtful feedback. Planning from afar could have been daunting, but Justine kept everything organized and moving forward.
Our wedding took place at Casa Loma - a stunning but historic venue with a long list of logistical challenges and strict restrictions. Justine navigated every constraint and coordinated seamlessly with the venue and vendors to make the day feel effortless.
One area I personally struggled with was how to make the space feel uniquely ours, especially with the limitations of the venue. Justine went above and beyond—researching inspiration photos and ultimately guiding us toward a window-style drapery concept that completely transformed the space. It was soft, elegant, and unlike anything we had seen at Casa Loma before. The look was refined but not overdone—elevating the historic space in a way that felt natural and intentional. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique it looked.
On the big day, her team made sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to Justine's team, we were able to be fully present and soak in each moment without a single worry. If you're planning a wedding—especially at a complex venue like Casa Loma—run, don’t walk, to book her! -

Justine and her team helped us out this weekend at our wedding that involved 2 separate venues (church and reception). From day one her communication was prompt and clear. She provided us with a prep list several months ahead of time despite technically being a month of coordinator, which was very helpful to keep us on track. On the day of the event her team was phenomenal, especially her assistant Luna who shadowed us the whole time, helping to keep us hydrated and fed while making adjustments to my dress and coordinating with the photography team. When we had an unexpected delay they were so helpful in laying out our options to help us navigate. All the little details we cared about were taken care of at the reception and we were able to enjoy the event without worrying at all. Highly recommend Justine and her excellent team! -

Great Experience Working with Justine
We recently got married and had the pleasure of working with Justine as our wedding coordinator. She was such a steady presence throughout the planning process and especially on the wedding day itself.
Justine was organized, responsive, and really understood what we were going for. She made sure everything came together smoothly and helped take the stress off our shoulders so we could truly enjoy the day. From working with all the vendors to keeping the schedule on track, she handled it all so seamlessly.
The setup turned out beautifully and the entire day flowed effortlessly— thanks to Justine for the hard work behind the scenes. We’re so grateful to her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful coordinator. -

We did the full planning package with Justine and from even my first inquiry email interaction with her, I could tell she knew her stuff, she was super professional, very responsive, and patiently addressed all my questions.
I was going through a big career change when we first started planning process and often didn't have any mental capacity left to think about what I wanted, and her recommendations and pacing of what and when we needed to make decisions by significantly reduced my mental load. Her perspective and experience was so helpful in navigating the challenges that come with planning.
At a certain point after she had already created an inspiration board that I agreed to and we met with vendors that could create the look and feel, I had a bit more time to think about how I wanted to add my personal flair to the wedding and change our colour theme and introduce different elements, and Justine was super patient and supportive in making sure my changes were incorporated. And when my own thoughts (and flipflopping on decisions) would keep me up late at night, she was always available to chat through my concerns and put my mind at ease.
The actual wedding was stunning and she brought my fairytale/enchanted dream vision to life. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing, she was there to make sure everything went smoothly with all the vendors, her assistant made sure I was personally taken care of and had everything I needed. I am a super type A/anxious worrier type of person and always need to be in the know of all the details and the schedule, and my wedding day was the first day in my life that I had no idea what time it was at any point during the day and knew I could trust Justine to make sure everyone was wherever they needed to be and that everything I wanted was checked off. I truly felt like a princess and could enjoy the day for what it was, and focus spending it with all my loved ones. It was the happiest day of my life.
