We don’t even know where to start— Mandy is absolutely AMAZING! From day one she was so friendly, easy to talk to, and just made the whole wedding planning process actually fun (which we didn’t think was possible).
Mandy is insanely organized—like, she had a plan for everything before we even thought to ask. But the best part is how calm and positive she is. Anytime we started stressing, she immediately made us feel better and reminded us that everything was under control (and it always was!).
On the wedding day, Mandy worked pure magic. Everything ran so smoothly that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Our guests even kept saying how seamless and fun the whole day felt - and that’s all thanks to Mandy.
Honestly, hiring Mandy was the best decision we made. If you’re looking for someone who will keep you sane, make you laugh, and pull off the wedding of your dreams, you need Mandy in your corner! -

We were informed by friends and family of the importance of hiring a wedding planner we could trust and how much stress it would relieve. Working with Mandy made this abundantly clear to us and we are happy that we decided to work with her.
From the outset, Mandy was informative, friendly, professional, attentive, and enthusiastic. She answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, thoroughly prepped us prior to the wedding day and created detailed schedules and spreadsheets containing all pertinent information for us and our wedding party, provided us with helpful insight for key decisions we needed to make for our wedding, coordinated and communicated with all of our vendors so that we did not have to stress or worry, brought important details to our attention which we might have overlooked, ensured we were organized and on track at all material times, and made sure that we did not have to worry about any issues on the day of our wedding. In the end, because of Mandy’s efforts, our wedding day went off without a hitch.
We really cannot express enough how much we enjoyed working with Mandy and her team, and how thankful we are for her guidance, extensive experience, and positive attitude throughout the entire process. It was a joy to work with Mandy, and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner. -

If you think you don’t need a wedding coordinator, think again. Weddings are incredibly stressful, with countless moving parts that all need to align seamlessly for your big day to run smoothly. That’s exactly why I recommend hiring a wedding coordinator—and why I’m so grateful we had Mandy Ng.
Mandy was exceptional in helping us navigate all the final details. She caught mistakes that could have completely derailed our vision, and she went above and beyond to find the right décor while offering invaluable advice to make everything look cohesive and beautiful. As a bride who handled most of the planning myself, I’ll admit—I didn’t have the professional eye to ensure every detail came together perfectly. Mandy did. From suggesting the right candle styles and quantities of flowers to recommending small changes that made a huge impact, she ensured our day looked and felt exactly as we imagined.
She is incredibly organized, and that truly matters in the final month before a wedding—when everything starts to feel chaotic. Mandy handled all the behind-the-scenes coordination with such calm efficiency that I was able to simply enjoy my wedding day. Any hiccup with the venue or vendors? She resolved it before I even knew it happened.
Beyond making the day perfect for us, having Mandy and her team also made the day better for our guests and our families. My loved ones didn’t have to worry about timelines, logistics, or troubleshooting—they were able to relax and fully celebrate with us.

Hiring Mandy and selecting her partial planning service was one of the best decisions we’ve made!
Mandy took the time to understand our wedding vision and helped us perfect every detail. She listened to our ideas, offered creative suggestions, and kept everything organized in a way that made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. She also has amazing vendor suggestions!
Her communication was outstanding. She was always available, quick to respond, and professional. She effectively coordinated with vendors, handled last-minute changes with ease, and made sure every detail was addressed. We are so glad we hired Mandy for our wedding!
We chose her wedding management package, which includes Mandy and her team stepping in about a month before the wedding. Even before that official handover, Mandy was incredibly helpful—she responded to our emails promptly and shared great suggestions during our early planning stages.
At the one-month mark, she took over all communication with our vendors, which was such a relief. It made a huge difference not having to juggle endless emails and logistics so close to the wedding. She also helped us create a very detailed day-of schedule that multiple vendors complimented for being so well thought out and organized.
Mandy’s understanding of Chinese traditions was another major plus. She guided us through the tea ceremony and helped us prepare for other cultural elements with confidence and ease.
She was always quick to respond, set up group chats with our wedding party and vendors, and was consistently proactive in her communication.
On the actual wedding day, Mandy made everything run smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—she even helped decorate the reception venue! Her calm presence, attention to detail, and professionalism helped us truly enjoy the day.
She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we honestly can't imagine how we would’ve pulled off the day without her! -

Choosing Mandy as our wedding planner was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for Wedding. Upgrading to the Partial Planner option from the Month-of-Coordinator option was a game-changer, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Mandy served as our primary point of contact for all vendors. She and effortlessly kept everything and everyone organized and on track. Her exceptional attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our wedding. She meticulously considered the logistics involved, from coordinating multiple venues and managing diverse guest needs to addressing weather considerations and bringing our overall vision to life.
One of the highlights of working with Mandy was her impressive network of vendors. Each vendor she recommended mirrored her own high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and service.
We wanted to honour our Chinese heritage by hosting our reception at a Chinese restaurant. Her fluency in the language and negotiation skills with the restaurant manager were an enormous advantage and made coordination with the venue seamless and stress-free.
Throughout our planning, Mandy was easy to reach and incredibly responsive. Her guidance and support were especially appreciated when navigating unexpected challenges. Mandy has an exceptional ability to remain calm, composed, and tackle issues head on. Her professionalism and years of experience was clearly evident as she expertly managed the many moving parts and a few unexpected surprises. Having Mandy as our planner allowed us to enjoy our wedding day completely worry and stress free knowing that Mandy would be able to handle the execution of our day flawlessly.
