We had our wedding at the Hotel de Glace and Genevieve made every second perfect. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of, made sure the planning was perfect, and that our loved ones were taken care of. She went above and beyond and our day was so much better than we ever could have imagined

This person offers you a good sales pitch, convinces you she will do a turn key event with her team and in reality she is vindictive. She offered so much during our initial meeting and as our wedding day was closer everything turned out for the worst. Throughout our time working together for our wedding at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City , she offered many vendors and if your not willing to use them and look elsewhere on your own it becomes a problem. She cancelled many appointments last minute or was unprepared for our meeting on many occasions. I selected vendors and decorations and did so much on my own and this was an issue for her. She refused to do things that were on the contract. My soon to be husband had to interfere to make her comprehend that we had hired her and all parties had signed a contract which she had to fulfill. I would never recommend her to anyone. There were so many difficulties with her and back and forth emails of disagreement. She was very unprofessional and the day of our wedding it seemed like we did not have a wedding planner and so many things went wrong. Its so disappointing to invest so much effort, time and money on such a special day in our lives and have someone you hire and trust to make your dream into a reality completely sabotage you. There were candelabras I rented ; that were placed without their protect votive glass around the tall pillar candles purposely placed on the three main tables where my family (bride) was seated. I was so disgusted by Elisabeth Boudreau and would never recommend her to anyone.

We got married in early July 2020 despite the current circumstances and Elisabeth was a huge help to us.

We worked with her for over a year to plan our dream day. Around mid-March, we canceled almost everything to reorganized all at the last minute depending on what was allowed. We couldn't have done it without Elisabeth! She followed us in our madness to get married despite these uncertain times and we do not regret our choice at all. This day was the most beautiful of our lives!

Elisabeth have a lot of kindness and professionalism. Her experience and organization especially impressed us on the same day, as she thought of everything and had everything with her that we needed or forgot to bring. Our wedding day went perfectly and we had peace of mind thanks to Elisabeth.

We would also like to mention her assistant Audrey-Laurence who helped us during the day in addition to going for a walk with our dog who was at the hotel in the early evening.

We were absoloutely floored with the professionalism, service, follow-up and help we had from Elisabeth and Audrey. I am quite difficult and wanted everything to go perfectly . What an amazing team, the day went PERFECTLY without one single hitch. The team was efficient, solved all of our problems (including a dress that didn`t zip) and someone who had to take the ambulance at the end of the night! Highly, highly recommend Elisabeth and her team. We definitly will re-hire them at the renewal of our vows :)
