Anita did such a great job with our wedding earlier this summer. We had a combination South Asian/Western style wedding and we were nervous about not having a South Asian wedding coordinator but Anita did a wonderful job not only during the day of, but for months leading up to the event. She helped us work through all of our planning, scheduling, and our many ideas. Anita helped us find a florist, organized decor and made sure everything stayed on time, even with our hour long ceremony. She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding, and was an indispensable help on the day of. Her services are very fairly priced and we would definitely recommend using her as a wedding planner/ coordinator. Everything on our wedding day went so well and we couldn't have done it without Anita.Dreams to Reality - Anita's Events's reply:

Our wedding was held on our private property, and Anita’s Events exceeded every expectation. From the initial planning stages through the final moments of the celebration, Anita demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Transforming a private property into a flawless wedding venue requires precision and experience, and Anita handled every element seamlessly. The décor, timing, coordination of vendors, and overall flow of the day were executed with absolute care and elegance. Nothing was overlooked, and every detail reflected our vision perfectly.
Because of Anita’s Events, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without stress, confident that everything was being managed at the highest standard. We are deeply grateful for the dedication and expertise provided and would highly recommend Anita’s Events to anyone seeking a truly refined and well-executed event. -

The best in the business
Anita was beyond incredible as our wedding planner. She truly held everything together-especially when I thought I might fall apart, LOL. From stepping in to help us find a new DJ with just 3 months before the big day, to meticulously building our agenda and sticking to it the entire night, Anita and her team absolutely crushed it!!
My husband and I had the most perfect day-and a huge part of that was thanks to Anita. The entire event ran seamlessly. Multiple guests told us it was the most well-run wedding they’d ever attended. I didn’t notice a single thing go wrong, and neither did anyone else, because Anita was always one step ahead, problem-solving on the fly with grace and calmness!
She’s incredibly detail-oriented, creative, and resourceful. Anytime I shared a vision or idea, Anita found a way to bring it to life-usually better than I imagined and often in a more budget-friendly way LOL
If you're in the middle of planning your wedding or on the fence about hiring a planner-this is your sign. Hire Anita!! You will not regret it!Dreams to Reality - Anita's Events's reply:

We hired Anita as our previous wedding coordinator cancelled on us as she was due for a baby in a couple of months. Frantically, we started looking for a coordinated and saw that Anita was highly recommended. We had our first meeting and we instantly clicked!
My husband and I were thoroughly amazed at her attention to detail, attentiveness to what we were envisioning for our day to be and breakdown every detail for our upcoming wedding.
On the day of the wedding, Anita and her team did a fantastic job and ensured everything was perfect and made sure our day went smoothly without a hitch! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best time and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to plan their wedding with her!

From the very first conversation with Anita, I knew that she was the wedding coordinator for us. Her positive energy and vast experience is immediately noticeable within the first 5 minutes of your conversation. She is incredibly down to earth, realistic and so so hard working. Anita truly makes sure your day is stress free and as smooth as possible. She will handle all of the weird wonky things that come up during your event, and you won’t find out until after!! You can not put your special occasion (in our case, wedding) into better hands than hers. Trust me, I am in the event industry as a corporate event planner and it was so hard for me to hand over the reigns when I worked so hard to create our wedding vision. Anita was amazing at bringing my vision to life and making adjustments on the fly. Whatever you could possibly need Anita and her team is there. You cannot go wrong with Anita. I am recommending her to all my friends/family. She will save you countless hours by being so so helpful and her problem solving is top notch. The first time I spoke to her on the phone, I knew she was the right planner for me - she spoke to cost effectiveness, no BS, to the point and her experience shows. She's also super funny and easy to talk to! Her day-of team was also fantastic - especially her digital creator who was able to capture the full day. Not just the big moments but also the candid moments/ moments in between events where us and the wedding party were just having fun. After our wedding, we all had a nice laugh sharing these pics and videos and saved us from getting a videographer - highly recommended and cost effective!! I just have to rave about Anita Donato and her amazing assistant Trish! They were absolutely incredible throughout the entire month leading up to our wedding. Anita’s organizational skills are out of this world—she had everything running like a well-oiled machine, making sure not a single detail was missed. Seriously, working with Anita felt like I had a wedding fairy godmother. She gives off total mom vibes in all the right ways!
Her eye for detail was impressive, and she communicated so clearly with all our vendors that everything went off without a hitch. When unexpected hiccups came up, Anita handled them with such calm and grace that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Both Anita and Trish were so creative and really helped bring our vision to life in ways we hadn’t even thought of. They were super personable and got along well with everyone, which made the whole process feel really smooth and enjoyable.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Anita for the wonderful photos and videos she took throughout the day. These were the very first shots I received, and I was completely surprised and so so grateful to have something to look over while we await the professional photos from our photographer. It was such a thoughtful touch that added to the joy of the day and kept the memories fresh as we waited for the official images.
