Smart, sassy and assertive, this is where you call if you’re looking for an easy day on your wedding.
Working with Anita and her team was truly a delight. From the first time we met her, we knew we made the right choice. Anita always took the time to not only make us feel comfortable, but to make sure we had no questions or concerns anytime we had to see her. Anita is very funny but serious, really helping alleviate the stress off the bride while also turning wedding planning into something that felt fun and efficient; making our timeline and planning feel very coherent and structured.
As a groom who basically didn’t really do much of anything (thank you Anita), the actual reception was a breeze as we were actually early on our timeline (which was crazy to me as a Vietnamese person) and ended up hitting the dance floor early.
We actually did run into a few problems with our venue unfortunately, but even then Anita was very supportive and vocal and it really felt like we didn’t actually have to stress on the big day. Every problem we had was quickly solved after a few texts and Anita always felt like the protective mother going above and beyond to ensure our big day was going to be beautiful no matter what.
I had a few wardrobe issues that Anita promptly took care of, at one time thinking my sleeve was done for and Anita just pulled out a tagging gun and had it solved in under a minute. Ten out of ten, I can’t recommend better services.
Her assistant Michelle was also such a kind and amazing woman to work with. We didn’t even see her much but just know there’s a great force moving things in motion behind Anita; as Anita would stand there taking our concerns and the things we mentioned would just be done almost instantly.
As a groom who was terrified of that big coming day, I can only thank Anita and Michelle once again for supporting my wife so much when she was putting her own blood and tears into the wedding plans. It almost felt too easy in a way, definitely book Anita’s Events!Dreams to Reality - Anita's Events's reply:

The best decision I made was hiring Anita as my coordinator! From the very first message she felt warm and so easy to connect with. She quickly became more than a coordinator, she becomes a friend. She’s organized, patient and will work with you with whatever you need! My wedding day went seamlessly, I didnt worry or had to worry about literally anything! I was able to just focus on our day and have a good time. Her partner for the day was Tracey and both of them together are the dream team!!! 100/10 – The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!
If I could give Anita 100 out of 10 stars, I absolutely would. Hiring her was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
From the very beginning, she was always available whenever I had a question, needed advice, or simply wanted to talk through an idea. She was incredibly professional, organized, and brought so much knowledge and experience to every conversation. Her suggestions were always thoughtful and insightful, and they genuinely made our day even better than we had imagined.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. Anita and team coordinated every detail seamlessly, kept everything on schedule, and handled anything that came up behind the scenes without us ever knowing. Because of her, I had absolutely zero stress and was able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment with my husband, our family, and our friends.
Anita truly went above and beyond in every possible way. She made us feel supported throughout the entire planning process and executed our vision perfectly. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is organized, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, look no further. I would recommend Anita to absolutely anyone without hesitation.

Our wedding was held on our private property, and Anita’s Events exceeded every expectation. From the initial planning stages through the final moments of the celebration, Anita demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Transforming a private property into a flawless wedding venue requires precision and experience, and Anita handled every element seamlessly. The décor, timing, coordination of vendors, and overall flow of the day were executed with absolute care and elegance. Nothing was overlooked, and every detail reflected our vision perfectly.
Because of Anita’s Events, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without stress, confident that everything was being managed at the highest standard. We are deeply grateful for the dedication and expertise provided and would highly recommend Anita’s Events to anyone seeking a truly refined and well-executed event. -

The best in the business
Anita was beyond incredible as our wedding planner. She truly held everything together-especially when I thought I might fall apart, LOL. From stepping in to help us find a new DJ with just 3 months before the big day, to meticulously building our agenda and sticking to it the entire night, Anita and her team absolutely crushed it!!
My husband and I had the most perfect day-and a huge part of that was thanks to Anita. The entire event ran seamlessly. Multiple guests told us it was the most well-run wedding they’d ever attended. I didn’t notice a single thing go wrong, and neither did anyone else, because Anita was always one step ahead, problem-solving on the fly with grace and calmness!
She’s incredibly detail-oriented, creative, and resourceful. Anytime I shared a vision or idea, Anita found a way to bring it to life-usually better than I imagined and often in a more budget-friendly way LOL

We hired Anita as our previous wedding coordinator cancelled on us as she was due for a baby in a couple of months. Frantically, we started looking for a coordinated and saw that Anita was highly recommended. We had our first meeting and we instantly clicked!
My husband and I were thoroughly amazed at her attention to detail, attentiveness to what we were envisioning for our day to be and breakdown every detail for our upcoming wedding.
On the day of the wedding, Anita and her team did a fantastic job and ensured everything was perfect and made sure our day went smoothly without a hitch! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best time and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to plan their wedding with her!

From the very first conversation with Anita, I knew that she was the wedding coordinator for us. Her positive energy and vast experience is immediately noticeable within the first 5 minutes of your conversation. She is incredibly down to earth, realistic and so so hard working. Anita truly makes sure your day is stress free and as smooth as possible. She will handle all of the weird wonky things that come up during your event, and you won’t find out until after!! You can not put your special occasion (in our case, wedding) into better hands than hers. Trust me, I am in the event industry as a corporate event planner and it was so hard for me to hand over the reigns when I worked so hard to create our wedding vision. Anita was amazing at bringing my vision to life and making adjustments on the fly. Whatever you could possibly need Anita and her team is there. You cannot go wrong with Anita. I am recommending her to all my friends/family. She will save you countless hours by being so so helpful and her problem solving is top notch. The first time I spoke to her on the phone, I knew she was the right planner for me - she spoke to cost effectiveness, no BS, to the point and her experience shows. She's also super funny and easy to talk to! Her day-of team was also fantastic - especially her digital creator who was able to capture the full day. Not just the big moments but also the candid moments/ moments in between events where us and the wedding party were just having fun. After our wedding, we all had a nice laugh sharing these pics and videos and saved us from getting a videographer - highly recommended and cost effective!! I just have to rave about Anita Donato and her amazing assistant Trish! They were absolutely incredible throughout the entire month leading up to our wedding. Anita’s organizational skills are out of this world—she had everything running like a well-oiled machine, making sure not a single detail was missed. Seriously, working with Anita felt like I had a wedding fairy godmother. She gives off total mom vibes in all the right ways!
Her eye for detail was impressive, and she communicated so clearly with all our vendors that everything went off without a hitch. When unexpected hiccups came up, Anita handled them with such calm and grace that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Both Anita and Trish were so creative and really helped bring our vision to life in ways we hadn’t even thought of. They were super personable and got along well with everyone, which made the whole process feel really smooth and enjoyable.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Anita for the wonderful photos and videos she took throughout the day. These were the very first shots I received, and I was completely surprised and so so grateful to have something to look over while we await the professional photos from our photographer. It was such a thoughtful touch that added to the joy of the day and kept the memories fresh as we waited for the official images.

Anita did such a great job with our wedding earlier this summer. We had a combination South Asian/Western style wedding and we were nervous about not having a South Asian wedding coordinator but Anita did a wonderful job not only during the day of, but for months leading up to the event. She helped us work through all of our planning, scheduling, and our many ideas. Anita helped us find a florist, organized decor and made sure everything stayed on time, even with our hour long ceremony. She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding, and was an indispensable help on the day of. Her services are very fairly priced and we would definitely recommend using her as a wedding planner/ coordinator.
