Wedding at Banff Springs
Working with Amanda was an extremely relaxing and positive experience. While we are originally from Alberta, we were living in Toronto when we hired Day of Diva to plan and coordinate our wedding in Banff. It was extremely helpful to have someone "on the ground" to vouch for us, see venues in person and provide design/decoration recommendations. We picked the full design and décor package for this reason. There were several moving parts to our wedding – the ceremony, cocktail hour (in a different room of the hotel), the reception, and then the afterparty (in another location on the hotel grounds). Amanda and her team effortlessly organized the timing and decoration of each room and directed guests to the next location for a seamless transition to the next event. She kept me cool and collected throughout the day and even ran upstairs to save me with a tide-to-go pen when I spilled on my wedding dress before walking down the aisle. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend Amanda and her team to everyone that is considering a planning and coordination team for their wedding. Bravo! -

From our very first meeting to the big day itself, Amanda provided expert guidance and made even the toughest decisions feel effortless. We are incredibly grateful for the support we received and highly recommend Day of Diva to any couple planning their special day. -

Having Amanda and Sarah as our coordinators for our wedding was a dream. They ensured everything was as I envisioned, and handled any issues with other vendors swiftly and without involving me or my husband. I was extremely relaxed for a bride on her wedding day, and I have to say that was largely in part because I had Day of Diva at the reins. -

Number one suggestion when planning a wedding: hire a coordinator!!!!
Planning a wedding although a lot of fun can get very stressful as it approaches, especially day of. Because of the help of these ladies I was able to just focus on being a bride and I could relax knowing they had it all under control. My wedding wasn't an easy one, it was large, lots of moving parts and the venue wasn't super easy to work with. The day went PERFECT and I have these ladies to thank!!! -

I recently got married and the ONE vendor that people kept suggesting booking was a planner/decorator. It was absolutely one of the best vendors that we did book!! When I contacted Day of Diva, Monica was the one that I was ever so lucky to have dealt with. I was working in the States while planning my wedding, but Monica still made the whole process so easy and stress free. We talked once to go over my vision/design of the wedding and then Monica made our Mood Board for the wedding. She completely understood everything we wanted, and the mood board was perfect. Then she created our Design Reveal, and it was exactly what we wanted! Monica reached out to other vendors and dealt with all of rentals/organization of the entire design/decor. It seriously took so much stress off of our entire wedding planning. To know that you have someone you can trust on your wedding day with the decor, was worth every bit it. When my fiancé and I had our reception room reveal, we were blown away and brought to tears with how perfect the whole room/theme looked. Monica truly brought my vision to life, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone!! -

Destination Wedding
Our destination wedding in Canmore, Canada was everything we ever dream of. Amanda is a very warm and friendly person and who made you feel very much at ease. She is knowledgeable and organized. More importantly, you can feel her passion for wedding planning and actualizing the couple’s wedding dream. She goes above and beyond for her clients, making sure we got to fully enjoy our wedding day. James and I appreciate her and her team so much. -
