One of the things we’d heard a lot from our married friends was how they wished they’d had a day-of coordinator – we honestly didn’t fully appreciate the truth in this until we connected with Sinead / Covello Events. Sinead was so easy to talk to and knowledgeable, and we came away from that first discussion with a sense that she would definitely be a good person to have on our team!
Throughout the planning process, she was responsive, supportive and had great ideas to address/resolve some of the questions and concerns we had leading up to the day. She provided honest advice and was an amazing sounding board when we ran into challenges or wanted to float an idea; she raised some really good points about logistics, etc that we didn’t even consider originally, which helped immensely when we were finalizing details with the venue. We had no idea when we booked our venue that there would be a World Cup game scheduled down the street at the exact time as our ceremony, so we were sweating!!! But Sinead coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors and worked hard to make sure they had early access and enough buffer time to keep things running smoothly, even with the added complexity of a World Cup match.
She was really organized, reviewed our vendor agreements, and closer to the day, took over all major communications with each vendor while keeping us informed – this was a huge weight lifted because it definitely got noisy leading up to the wedding. She rehearsed the ceremony logistics/walk-up with our parents and went over final details with our venue coordinator, which was so helpful. Not to mention, she helped us find transportation options, look into zaffe drummers late into planning, and even helped us set up a livestream of the ceremony so that our relatives could watch the ceremony remotely. On the day of, both Sinead and Alex were so supportive in making everything run seamlessly – they made sure we were fed, had some moments alone, and even helped us set up a quick phone call with my grandmother when our zoom link didn’t work! These elements were so meaningful, and allowed us to be fully present. You will be in good hands with these lovely folks. Thank you so much Sinead and Alex -- you both gave us the gift of being able to relax and enjoy our wedding day – we are so grateful.

Sinead was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding! She was so much more than just our coordinator for the big day — she became my go-to person for advice, a trusted sounding board, and my advocate whenever I knew what I wanted but felt uncomfortable making the ask myself.
She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things weddings, and I valued her opinion tremendously throughout the entire planning process. She was thorough, organized, and always thinking a few steps ahead — asking us questions we never would have thought to ask ourselves and being meticulous about every detail of our day.
But most importantly, Sinead let us be us on our wedding day. We never had to worry about logistics, timing, or whether things were running smoothly. We never had to ask a family member or friend to step away from the celebration to handle something behind the scenes. She gave us the freedom to actually enjoy our wedding and be completely present with each other and our guests. She even made sure we stayed fed and found little pockets of time to be alone together and take everything in.
Looking back, that peace of mind was absolutely priceless. If you’re searching for a wedding coordinator, you will not regret having Sinead by your side. We’re so grateful she was such a big part of our day! -

We had Alessandro as our wedding planner and took the Partial Planning Package. From the moment planning began, he made us feel supported, understood, and completely taken care of.
What stood out most was how organized, attentive, and detail-oriented he was. He stepped in exactly where we needed him, helped guide key decisions, kept everything moving, and made the entire planning experience feel so much more manageable. He was always quick to respond, thoughtful in his advice, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding reflected us.
Beyond being amazing at what he does, Alessandro is also just a pleasure to work with. He is kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a way of making you feel completely at ease even during the more stressful moments. Al went above and beyond, even doing things outside of the normal scope of work, like helping check in my non-English speaking mom into her hotel room and taking care of little things behind the scenes so we could relax and not have to go out of our way. We trusted him fully, and that trust was well deserved.
Our wedding would not have come together the way it did without his support, and we are so grateful we had him in our corner. We would recommend Alessandro to anyone looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and truly cares about delivering an exceptional experience. -

Month/Day of Coordination Service Review
We hired Covello Events for our wedding at the Omni King Edward Hotel in February 2026 and we are so happy with how the day turned out. Sinead and Alex were instrumental in making sure the setup looked exactly how we envisioned it.
While the planning process had a few bumps in the road (e.g. other vendors failing to execute on commitments), Sinead really showed her value on the wedding day itself by keeping the timeline moving and managing our vendors seamlessly. We were able to truly enjoy our reception knowing the logistics were being handled. Thank you, Sinead and Alex for your hard work! -

Sinead made the entire day run seamlessly. Every timeline, every vendor, every small hiccup that could’ve caused stress was taken care of before we even noticed. Because of her, we were truly able to relax and enjoy every moment with our friends and family.
