I truly cannot thank Cailin and her assistant Jacklyn enough for helping me manage my wedding day. I knew from my first meeting with Cailin that she would be someone I would jive well with. She has this special way of making you feel like you’ve known her a lot longer than you have. My wedding day was stress free solely because of her. If anything went wrong on the day-of, I definitely did not notice, which is everything anyone could ever hope for in a coordinator. Thank you for taking my vision and bringing it to life! I was speechless when I saw my ceremony and reception space. -

We decided to hire a wedding coordinator after friends suggested that we do so, so that we could enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about schedules, guests knowing where to go, setting up or removing décor, etc. I reached out to Cailin and felt at ease right away. She was very knowledgeable and understood the vibe of our wedding immediately.
She was super responsive as we were getting close to our wedding day, and even went above and beyond by meeting with the wedding venue coordinator and ensuring that all details were thought of ahead of time. We had some vendor issues three days before our wedding, and she immediately pivoted and coordinated with the venue and vendor to find a solution.
Cailin was also great on the day of our wedding. She set up the décor and tables just as we had discussed, managed the schedule perfectly, and ensured that all guests knew where to go and that all vendors knew the schedule details.
I cannot recommend her enough if you want to make sure you do not need to worry about anything on your wedding day and can truly RELAX and ENJOY it. -

The reason our wedding day was perfect.
If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, let this review be the thing that pushes you over. We hired Cailin Billings Events to support us on our wedding day, and it was honestly one of the best decisions made through the whole planning process. Cailin was sharp, punctual, and supportive every step of the way. When ideas came up during planning (she suggested black tablecloths for the reception tables, and they looked incredible), she brought a perspective we genuinely wouldn't have considered on our own.
On the actual wedding day, Cailin was everywhere she needed to be. Directing people and groups, overseeing venue setup, managing teardown - all of it handled without anyone needing to think twice. That's the thing nobody tells you going in: the day moves fast, and the last thing you want is to be pulled away from it dealing with anything else but the moment. And we didn't have to =) We got to be fully present, and that's with the help of her and her team.
If you're looking for support that's going to show up prepared, stay calm, keep things moving forward, and make sure you actually enjoy your wedding day instead of just surviving it, Cailin and her team are just that. It was one of the happiest days of my life, and I can't recommend Cailin Billings Events enough. -

Where do we even begin!! Working with Cailin was the best decision we made for our wedding, no doubt about it. She took away 99% of our stressors in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and I'm certain that on the day of our wedding, she put out at least 100 small fires that we don't even know about. Her attention to detail, her calm demeanour, her artistic vision, and her perfect organization skills made our wedding day so perfect. It was pouring rain, and she perfectly executed one of our two rain plans, and we felt so confident leaving decisions like set up and decor placement in her hands. We will loudly recommend Cailin's services to anyone getting married in the future.
Also to add, our end of night limo service was over 15 minutes late, so we casually mentioned it to Cailin and she immediately got on the phone with the service without us even having to ask. It turns out they "had a flat tire" 5-10km down the road, but never thought to call us and they stated a replacement wouldn't be able to be sent for an hour. Our venue was kind of in the middle of nowhere without access to taxi's and ubers, and our shuttle bus for guests had already left, so we were essentially stranded until Cailin offered to drive us to our airbnb without hesitation.
We genuinely cannot thank her enough for making our day so perfect! -

Cailin is a very talented and creative event planner. Working with Cailin was very easy and fun. She took our vision and brought it to life. Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, everything went very smoothly and the decor was better than we imagined. We had several meetings with Cailin leading up to the wedding, she’s very flexible and extremely knowledgeable. Her prices were very reasonable and she even has tons of decor you can rent from her for free! Highly recommend going with Cailin, you will not regret it! -

I hired Cailin as a day-of coordinator and it was the best decision I could have made! I did not have to worry about a single thing. She made sure everything was set up and kept everyone on schedule. She was always there making sure I had drinks and food throughout the day. If anything went wrong, I certainly did not know about it! Highly recommend!!! -

Cailin was a pleasure to work with! She met with me several times in the weeks leading up my wedding to make sure the day ran smoothly. She set up my rentals and decor exactly how I envisioned. She stayed all day to coordinate our ceremony and reception and took care of the take down. I didn’t have to worry about anything on my wedding day and had the best time! -

Cailin took care of the Setup and Tear down for our wedding this September and she was beyond amazing! Cailin was professional and communicated in a timely manner. She went above and beyond on the day of and put a lot of thought and effort into making every detail perfect. She took the stress away so we could focus on enjoying the day and we know there are many things she took care of that we are not even aware of. Cailin worked SO incredibly hard and we cannot thank her enough. -
