We had an amazing experience working with Amanda Dias and her team! Amanda was our month-of and day-of wedding coordinator and provided the florals and décor (e.g., candles). It was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding, and I highly recommend her to any couple. Several of our guests commented on her professionalism on and after the wedding day! She is exceptionally skilled at her job and exceeded our expectations.
Our wedding day was seamless from start to finish due to the hard work of Amanda and her team. Before the wedding, she took over communication with our vendors, and her experience was crucial in finalizing a detailed itinerary and photography shot list. On the day of the wedding, she set up our décor (e.g., welcome sign, folding fans on chairs), directed guests between locations at the venue, and was prepared with emergency supplies (e.g., Tide Pen). This meant that my family and bridesmaids could focus on enjoying the day. Amanda ensured that the wedding was running on schedule and I did not have to glance at a clock once! She was supportive and encouraging throughout the day.
Amanda was flexible and was attuned to what was most important to us. For example, the original plan was to have getting-ready photos taken with only my two bridesmaids. However, three of my closest friends were also getting their hair and makeup done. Amanda noticed how important these friends are to me and changed the photo schedule with the photographer to allow them to be included. It meant the world to me to get photos with all my friends in our matching pyjamas! She noticed that I don’t drink alcohol, so she brought me a beautiful pink mocktail after the ceremony and my first cheers with my husband is one of my favourite photos!
Our wedding was small (60 guests) and Amanda also provided the florals and décor. Everything was perfect. The flowers were gorgeous and looked even better than the inspiration photos I provided. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood even the smallest details about what I wanted. The bouquets, centrepieces, and florals for the sweetheart table were reasonably priced, and guests commented on them being the most full and beautiful wedding florals they had seen! The boutonnieres for the groom/groomsmen and corsages for the mothers of the bride and groom also looked wonderful. -

I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda at the Toronto bridal show. When it came to my wedding decore, she was the first person I thought of. I remembered her kindness/friendliness and knew we would be taken care of. We hired C’est Beau to not only rent decore items such as our wood tables, chairs, runners, and curtain to cover a huge wall, but we also had them set up all our DIY decore. Walking into the hall the day of the wedding, they had done an outstanding job! Exactly what I had always envisioned. Thank you Amanda and C’est Beau for everything you did for us. -

We hired Amanda at the last minute as we were having issues with our reception menus and getting overwhelmed with everything to do and she stepped in and helped us work things out. The day of the wedding ran super smoothly and well organized and took a lot of stress off of us so we could sit back and enjoy the day. Her eye for detail and design suggestions helped to make the reception just lovely, we received many positive comments and my husband and I just were so thankful our day went off as well as it did. We would highly recommend! -

Necessary Day of Wedding Coordination.
Having Amanda from Cest Beau was the best idea I have ever had. She ensured things ran smoothly. She was able to pull my loud/wild family together when needed for photos, speeches, dances, entrances, cake cutting and all the busy things on a wedding day! Sending her a HUGE thank you before our married life starts. She was able to assure me everything was tidied up and organized before I left the hall.
We appreciated everything she did for us! Not an easy job. Your support was VERY much required on Saturday.
