The day would not have been possible without Rio!!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rio from Raise Your Glass Events as our wedding day coordinator, and we could not be more grateful for everything she did. From the moment she stepped in, she went above and beyond in every possible way.

Rio brought such a calming, confident presence to the day—exactly what every couple hopes for. She anticipated needs before we even realized them, handled every detail with precision, and made sure the entire day flowed seamlessly. Any small hiccup that came up, she handled quietly and efficiently, allowing us to stay fully present and enjoy every moment.

She communicated clearly, advocated for us with vendors, kept everyone organized, and somehow managed to make the whole day feel effortless. Our families and bridal party were constantly commenting on how incredible she was.

Thanks to Rio, we felt supported, cared for, and truly able to soak in the magic of our wedding day. We can’t recommend her enough—if you’re considering a coordinator, hire Rio. She is exceptional at what she does, and we are so grateful she was part of our day.

Rio Wedding Planner !

Rio was fantastic!!! From day 1 she made sure everything was done and made sure I was feeling good about everything. Always asking how I’m doing and is there anything else she can do to help! During my wedding I didn’t have to think about anything other than enjoying my day, she took care of absolutely everything from making sure kids had high chairs, to making sure the meals were on time and who was next for speeches! I can’t say anything bad and cannot say enough good things. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!! She really made my day perfect ❤️❤️❤️

Day of Coordination at the Walper Hotel

Had Rio from Raise Your Glass Events for our wedding at the Walper Hotel as a day of coordinator. I was unsure if I even needed a day of coordinator but boy am I glad we used Rio (and Beth!).

Exceptional, Passionate, and Professional: RYGE Made Our Wedding Day Perfect!

We are beyond grateful to Rio from RYGE for being our day-of coordinator. Rio’s enthusiasm and passion for what she does truly shines through. She is incredibly friendly, easygoing, and such a pleasure to work with—she made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. Her eye for detail and her ability to create the perfect flow made our wedding day unforgettable. I was able to share my vision with her, and she carried it out flawlessly, adding her own thoughtful touches that fit perfectly.

Both Rio and her assistant, Bev, were highly professional, keeping everything organized and running smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our day without any stress. Highly Recommend!! 10/10

Very professional, always at our disposal to address our concerns, & to mediate & contact vendors, we would highly recommend Rio & RYGE. It was truly a pleasure to have Rio guide us along with all the wedding details. From rehearsal, introducing and getting to know the bride and groom’s family to the venue set up the night before and after ceremony. She fit in like part of our family 10/10 We couldn’t have pulled it all together without RYGE!! Thank you.

It’s like working with your best friend

Working with Rio to plan my grandmother’s 75th birthday bash was an absolute delight! As her granddaughter , I wanted everything to be perfect, and she exceeded all expectations. I'm Rio, the proud owner of Raise Your Glass Events. With over 9 years of experience in the wedding and events industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every celebration I have the honour of being a part of.

My journey in the industry began back in high school when I discovered my love for creating unforgettable moments. From there, I delved into various fields within the industry, exploring everything from design and decor to food service and coordination. Along the way, I even pursued my passion for storytelling and attended film school, which has given me a unique perspective on the way photographers work – a valuable asset when it comes to capturing those precious moments on your special day.


After gaining invaluable experience working in different roles, I knew it was time to take the leap and carve out my own path. That's when Raise Your Glass Events was born. My mission? To help couples like you bring their dream weddings to life, with creativity, dedication, and a touch of magic.
