Amanda made our wedding planning experience seamless. Her extensive industry knowledge and expertise were invaluable in vendor selection, day-of scheduling, and decor choices. Her exceptional communication skills, detailed checklists, and thorough organization kept us on track throughout the process without feeling overwhelmed. Our vendors and family members were particularly impressed with her clear and comprehensive Run of Show. Amanda is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with - I highly recommend her services to any engaged couple!

Amanda was recommended to us by my husband's cousin, who had worked with her for their wedding. From the first meeting, we knew we made the right choice to hire her. Amanda was prompt with communication, gave great recommendations to ensure a successful wedding day, and never pressured us into anything we weren't interested in. On the wedding day, she and her assistant Ramona really were rockstars! If anything went wrong, I was none the wiser. The day was perfect and we were so happy with how everything went, and it wouldn't have been the same without Amanda's magic. My husband and I actually got to enjoy the day and not stress over little details! I recommend Amanda one million percent to any future couples needing planning or coordinating of any kind. We were on the fence about booking a day of planner for a long time. I work in events and created an 80 page binder for the wedding (a bit extra, I know). I figured we had it all under control.
BUT hiring Amanda was such an amazing decision! Prior to the wedding she was very responsive and answered all our questions with ease. A lot of day of planners have packages that lay out having them for a certain amount of hours which can be hard to navigate. When you book Amanda you have her for the entire day and she doesn’t leave until you are 100% good to go!
On our wedding day, she not only executed the day flawlessly but she did so much more than that! She solved all the little issues that came up throughout the day and helped various vendors along the way - helping with lay flat set ups, hanging my dress on the hotel window for a cool shot when no one else could figure out how, etc. She was always one step ahead of us and it allowed us to fully be in the moment and take in the day. We had full trust in her and she nailed it! If there were issues that happens throughout the day, we had no idea. In our minds it went perfectly!
If you are on the fence about booking a day of planner, book Amanda! She will have your back and you will be able to fully enjoy the day stress free. -

We used Amanda as our month of coordinator for our 90 person wedding hosted at our family cottage in July 2022. I can’t begin to explain how phenomenal she was. Amanda is highly organized - for the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, we were in constant communication with regular check ins and she provided incredible planning resources. She anticipated many details we had forgotten and took over communication with our vendors seamlessly. Amanda arrived a day early to the cottage to attend our rehearsal and learn the property. On the day of, she blew us away. We found out after the fact she had dealt with several hiccups and completely shielded them from us and our guests. She and her assistant stepped in to fill in multiple gaps left by other vendors without us realizing. Whenever there was an issue she had a solution and remained completely calm and optimistic. She was punctual, patient and communicative the entire day. We really appreciated her flexibility after our dinner ran long, quickly reorganizing the rest of the evening. Not only was she highly skilled as a coordinator, she is also incredibly kind. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone with any type of wedding and have full confidence she will make the day incredible. Our family and bridal party all agreed she is the best coordinator they have witnessed. -

Amanda was an incredible help to our wedding! She helped coordinate and plan our wedding a few months leading up to our big day as well as being our day-of coordinator. She took care of communicating all of our needs with our vendors, took care of any issues, and made our dream wedding come to life. The day was completely stress-free and flowed so perfectly. On top of being our wedding coordinator, she helped decorate our cupcake table and made it look absolutely stunning. We couldn't recommend her enough. If you're looking for someone who will always go above and beyond for you, Amanda's your person!
