I knew from the second after our very first phone call that I was going to have her by my side. There was something about her that made me feel like I could trust her right away. She is genuine, dedicated, so generous with her time, capable of anything, and the cream of the crop at what she does. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful but after every pre-wedding meeting with Alison, we would leave feeling so refreshed and at ease. We were already impressed by her then, but that was taken to the NEXT LEVEL seeing her work her magic on the day of. We literally were in awe of her, she is a powerhouse, a total super star in this industry.
The reception room she set up..took our breath away. She carried my vision with such care and it showed. I had every detail thought out but none of it would’ve come to fruition without her hands and heart. She even found a way to find and get a missing piece of my dress to me with only a few passing words from me the day of. She cares so much about her couples and her role. She is hands down one of THE BEST decisions we made for our day. Our day was beyond our wildest dreams and she is in large to thank for that. She will go above & beyond to ensure her couples have a perfect day. We were able to be 100% present for our day because she was our rock. That is priceless. We will forever be grateful to Alison for all that she did for us. -

Working with Alison was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding experience. From the very beginning, she made everything feel organized and manageable.
Where she truly stood out was when we faced an issue with our caterer. It was stressful and disappointing, and Alison immediately stepped in with so much support. She made me feel like we weren’t facing it alone and that things would be taken care of, no matter what. That level of reassurance meant everything to us in a moment that could have ruined the day.
On the wedding day itself, she handled every detail calmly and professionally so Jess and I could actually enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about timelines or logistics — she had it covered. Our families noticed it too and kept talking about how smooth everything felt.
She anticipated problems and had solutions before we’d even noticed there was a problem needing fixing.
We’re so grateful for her care, her kindness, and how genuinely invested she was in making our day feel special. If you’re looking for someone who’s organized, supportive, and truly has your back, Alison is the person you want by your side. -

Alison and her team worked wonders on the day of. I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she did everything without me realizing it. If you are a control freak kind of bride, I highly recommend hiring Alison. She listens, she takes charge, she delivers. You will have nothing to worry about and will be able to enjoy the night. -

Alison and Margot were an absolute pleasure to work with. After realizing I had bitten off more than I could chew, with planning I knew we needed a coordinator. I was told throughout my entire wedding weekend that I was the calmest bride anyone had ever seen. And that is because I knew we had the BEST team to make our dreams come to life, flawlessly. And it absolutely was! All of our guests praised the flow and pacing of the evening. I could not have possibly asked for a better team. I could not believe nothing went (even the slightest) awry. Or if it did, even better, that I had no idea/could even tell!
To all future brides, if you have any hesitations on hiring Alison and her team... let me assure you. They will hear your vision, they will advise you on the best way to make it come to life, they will do whatever they possibly can to give you the peace of mind you need, they will remind you to embrace the day, to drink and eat, and all with the warmest smile and sincerity.
My husband and I have a very special place in our hearts for Alison and Margot. They were so kind, and patient with us (and our guests). Stopping to take photos for anyone who needed it, connecting with us to make sure we were doing well, and always reminding us that everything and anything can and will be taken care of and to simply just enjoy our day! An absolutely priceless experience!

We hired Alison as our day of coordinator, she was by far the best decision we ever made. She is so lovely and amazing to work with, she was able to put us at ease with the very first meeting. We cannot say enough nice things about her, she is calm, professional and so amazing at what she does. She was able to create a decor that was not only beautiful but also magical which made our day absolutely perfect! Alison thank you so much, you are a gem and I will keep on saying that everyone should have you in their corner on their special day! -

Planning a destination wedding from Atlanta to Montreal could have been overwhelming—but thanks to Alison, it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very beginning, she was attentive, calm, easygoing, and incredibly accommodating. Not only did she embrace my vision, she helped bring it to life with grace and efficiency.
I genuinely miss our text chats and planning calls that always ran long (I’m a self-proclaimed “Chatty Kathy”), because talking to Alison felt like catching up with an old friend. Her warmth and professionalism made the entire process feel effortless.
When we arrived in Montreal, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace knowing everything was in her capable hands. Even when the weather threatened our outdoor ceremony, Alison made the call to move it indoors and you’d never guess there was a Plan A. She transformed the space with a stunning ceremony arch crafted at the eleventh hour using tablecloths, fresh and faux flowers, and my beloved white butterflies. It was breathtaking. The room flip was done in record time and looked like a dream come true.
Alison exceeded every expectation. She was present all night, working her magic quietly in the background. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, perfectly aligned with our personalities and vision. She was always mindful of our budget, whether it was selecting vendors or sourcing materials. Her timeline development and vendor coordination...even with those we chose independently...were flawless.
I’ll be sharing photos soon, but until then, I just want to say: thank you, Alison. You made our wedding unforgettable! You are truly the Gold Standard, and I would recommend you again and again. I only regret that we didn’t get a picture together!🥰 -

As someone who plans everything down to the tiniest detail and has a hard time letting go of control, hiring a wedding coordinator was not a decision I took lightly. But after working with Alison, I can say with absolute confidence that it was one of the best choices I made for our wedding.
After spending over a year carefully planning every aspect of our big day, I handed it all over to Alison, and she executed it not just flawlessly, but with a level of care, creativity, and professionalism that exceeded every expectation. She took my vision and brought it to life in a way that felt so “us”, adding thoughtful touches where we invited her creativity and making sure every detail of the décor was even better than what we had imagined.
The day ran seamlessly, and we had zero stress. She never once came to us with questions, just quietly problem-solved and made things happen. She made sure everything ran like clockwork and on time. Alison wasn’t just managing logistics; she was also taking care of us. She sprinted to get me (the bride) so no guests saw me before walking down the aisle, got us drinks before we even thought to ask, and she even became the ultimate seamstress when a last-minute (or intentional ;) ) fix was needed. Everyone that met her at the wedding absolutely loved her.
Her presence was both professional and personal, the perfect balance of efficiency, warmth, and genuine care. Alison didn’t just coordinate our wedding; she allowed us to be fully present, soaking in the day without a single ounce of stress. If you want someone who will treat your day with the same love and dedication you would yourself, Alison is THE person to trust. I cannot recommend her enough!
