We couldn’t be happier that we picked A to Z Management for our wedding! Angela is absolutely incredible and honestly was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process.
From the beginning, Angela was always there for us. She was incredibly responsive, flexible, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we wanted it to be. She became more like a close friend throughout the process, and we always felt like she truly cared about us and our wedding, not just the logistics of it.
What really sets Angela apart is how much she anticipates. She thinks of things before you even realize they need to be thought about. She came with us to important meetings with our vendors and always asked questions we never would have thought to ask ourselves. Her experience and attention to detail gave us so much confidence that everything was being considered and that we weren’t missing anything.
Our wedding had over 280 guests, and on the wedding day, Angela and her team were incredible. They were so helpful, attentive, and completely on top of everything. We genuinely felt like guests at our own wedding because we didn’t have to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We could just be present, enjoy our family and friends, and take in the day we had spent so much time planning. That is something we will always be grateful for.
So many of our guests also commented on how kind and welcoming Angela was to everyone. Even with such a large wedding and so much happening at once, she was calm, composed, and completely in control. She made everyone feel taken care of.
Angela also made a huge difference when it came to decision fatigue. There are so many decisions that go into planning a wedding, and having someone with her experience who we completely trusted was invaluable. Her recommendations for our photographer and videographer were amazing and genuinely made our day even better. We knew that when Angela recommended someone, it came from years of experience and knowing who would actually be the right fit for us.
She was also incredibly thoughtful about our budget. She understood what mattered most to us and helped us prioritize without ever making us feel pressured to spend more. She was flexible, practical, and always willing to find a way to make our vision work.
Honestly, I enjoyed wedding planning because I had Angela. She took so much of the stress off our shoulders while still making us feel involved in the decisions that mattered to us. She made the whole process feel exciting and manageable, and by the time our wedding day came around, we knew we were in the best hands.
Angela, thank you for everything you did for us. You went above and beyond in ways we probably won’t ever fully realize, and we are so grateful. You made such a huge impact on our experience, and we genuinely hope we get to work with you again for future events. 10/10 doesn’t even feel like enough. We couldn’t recommend A to Z Management more! -

We couldn’t be happier with Angela Zaltzman of 'A to Z Event Management'. We host large themed parties at our home every year, usually with over 100 guests. Angela takes full control of every detail of these events so we can relax and enjoy the day knowing everything is taken care of. Her calm, steady presence keeps everything running smoothly. It’s no surprise that our friends say these are the best parties they’ve ever attended.
From the very first planning meeting, Angela impressed us with her organization and professionalism. Working with Angela was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She stepped in and truly brought everything back on track, guiding us with a level of attentiveness and expertise we didn’t even know we needed. She not only helped us find incredible vendors—many of whom we never would have known where to even begin looking for—but also offered thoughtful advice on our timeline, flow, and all the little details we would have completely overlooked.
Angela took our vision and elevated it, coming up with creative design ideas that made our day feel magical—like our stunning floral dance floor, which guests are still talking about. On the day itself, she and her team executed everything flawlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we knew she had everything handled.
So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and we know that simply wouldn’t have been possible without Angela. She brought our dream day to life, and we can’t recommend her highly enough -

Our wedding was one of the best night’s of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Angela. She was everything we needed in a wedding planner. For a couple that could not help but procrastinate and delay making decisions, she stayed on top of us and made sure that things kept moving forward. She did an excellent job at providing us with options for vendors, bus rental, photobooths, you name it. She is professional, hyper-organized, and responsive to emails/calls/texts. Most importantly, she was a calming presence on the day of our wedding and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. -

We cannot say enough good things about Angela and her team! Angela planned our wedding at the Royal York in Toronto, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible. We planned our wedding over 1.5 years, while I was in school full-time, and Angela was exceptionaly organized throughout the entire process, adjusting to my busy schedule. Angela and her team were phenomenal - making our wedding planning process (a long one - 1.5 years), wedding weekend, and especially the day-of, so incredibly special and unforgettable. Angela worked so closely with us to ensure every detail was how we wanted it. Wedding planning is overwhelming, but Angela and her team made it look easy - using the best vendors, consulting with the best industry contacts, and knowing when to pass on decisions to us... while not overloading us with atomic details that would have quickly piled up to an overwhelming size. On the day of, her team was there non-stop to support us, take stressful things off our shoulders, and ensure that everything went down smoothly, to make for the greatest night of our (and our guests') lives.
