We couldn’t be happier with Angela Zaltzman of 'A to Z Event Management'. We host large themed parties at our home every year, usually with over 100 guests. Angela takes full control of every detail of these events so we can relax and enjoy the day knowing everything is taken care of. Her calm, steady presence keeps everything running smoothly. It’s no surprise that our friends say these are the best parties they’ve ever attended.
From the very first planning meeting, Angela impressed us with her organization and professionalism. She responds immediately to our questions and concerns, offers thoughtful advice, and stays on top of every moving part. Her creative ideas bring our vision to life while keeping perfect consistency with the theme. She has a strong network of trusted vendors and knows how to create real synergy between them, resulting in a polished, cohesive event that feels effortless.
Beyond her skills, Angela feels like a loyal friend you can count on. She is warm and kind, yet firm when she needs to be. She handles any problems that arise right away. She works tirelessly behind the scenes, covering every detail from start to finish. She relieves our stress before, during, and after the party. We give A to Z Event Management our highest recommendation. Angela is truly the best in the business and has more than earned her 5-star rating not to mention our repeat business. -

Working with Angela was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She stepped in and truly brought everything back on track, guiding us with a level of attentiveness and expertise we didn’t even know we needed. She not only helped us find incredible vendors—many of whom we never would have known where to even begin looking for—but also offered thoughtful advice on our timeline, flow, and all the little details we would have completely overlooked.
Angela took our vision and elevated it, coming up with creative design ideas that made our day feel magical—like our stunning floral dance floor, which guests are still talking about. On the day itself, she and her team executed everything flawlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we knew she had everything handled.
So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and we know that simply wouldn’t have been possible without Angela. She brought our dream day to life, and we can’t recommend her highly enough -

Our wedding was one of the best night’s of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Angela. She was everything we needed in a wedding planner. For a couple that could not help but procrastinate and delay making decisions, she stayed on top of us and made sure that things kept moving forward. She did an excellent job at providing us with options for vendors, bus rental, photobooths, you name it. She is professional, hyper-organized, and responsive to emails/calls/texts. Most importantly, she was a calming presence on the day of our wedding and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. -

We cannot say enough good things about Angela and her team! Angela planned our wedding at the Royal York in Toronto, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible. We planned our wedding over 1.5 years, while I was in school full-time, and Angela was exceptionaly organized throughout the entire process, adjusting to my busy schedule. Her attention to detail made our wedding day perfect. Angela’s professionalism and calm demeanor made the planning process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We lost an important family member before the wedding and Angela supported us to ensure they were apart of our day with such compassion and grace. She was always approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner, and we’re so grateful for the beautiful memories she helped create on such a special day. Angela and her team were phenomenal - making our wedding planning process (a long one - 1.5 years), wedding weekend, and especially the day-of, so incredibly special and unforgettable. Angela worked so closely with us to ensure every detail was how we wanted it. Wedding planning is overwhelming, but Angela and her team made it look easy - using the best vendors, consulting with the best industry contacts, and knowing when to pass on decisions to us... while not overloading us with atomic details that would have quickly piled up to an overwhelming size. On the day of, her team was there non-stop to support us, take stressful things off our shoulders, and ensure that everything went down smoothly, to make for the greatest night of our (and our guests') lives. Truly cannot recommend A to Z enough. Thank you Angela!! -

Angela was an exceptional wedding planner and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again if we had to do it all over. She is highly skilled, very organized, and proactive. She struck a great balance between listening to my wife and I as her clients, and guiding us with her myriad experience and expertise. We never felt like she was trying to control our vision for the day or turn it into what she thought it should look like as opposed to what we wanted it to be. She was also very patient with us, and willing to revisit details until we felt good about them. She helped us explore a variety of potential options when we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for and made it very clear that her job was to plan us a wedding we were happy with and excited about, and it felt like she really went the extra mile to make that happen. Angela also has a lot of great connections in the industry and was able to help us find incredible vendors and entertainment that made our wedding an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. She and her team were also very on top of logistics from day 1 all the way through the very last minute of our reception and they handled everything so smoothly and efficiently. She brought our dream wedding to life even though we weren’t great at articulating what that dream was, and it was a pleasure to work with her. We cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Angela planned our wedding in October 2024 at Hotel X. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Angela and the incredible experience we had working with her. From the very first meeting, she made us feel at ease, listening carefully to our vision and understanding all the little details that mattered to us. Angela had a level of organization through the whole process that was beyond impressive.
She handled every aspect of our wedding with such grace, taking away all the stress and leaving us free to enjoy every moment. When unexpected challenges popped up, Angela was quick to handle them, keeping everything on track and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our big day. It was clear from the beginning that she truly cared about making our wedding everything we dreamed of.
