We met Two for Two Photography at the Canada Bridal Show at the Toronto Convention Centre. We had great first impressions and a chance to view other weddings and albums he had done, which made us feel confident in choosing Garry. We are so glad we did because Garry was absolutely such a pleasure to work with! Our guests loved him as well!
Getting wedding and engagement photos was my idea. My now-husband was nervous during the engagement shoot, but Garry put him at ease. He was light-hearted and made us both laugh. For example, during one shot, he told my then-fiancé to whisper something dirty in her ear, like "laundry," and he captured our genuine reactions and laughter. It also reconfirmed that we wanted to work with him for our wedding.
Besides the photography itself, he helped carry a few of my items as we walked around the area for different shots and offered clear suggestions, directions, and tips. Garry was patient while I changed outfits and was very personable overall. He was also helpful when it came to discussing cameras for my personal photographer interests & honeymoon destinations.
Having one photographer for the bride and groom made all the difference! We didn't have to worry about missing shots or having one photographer running between our hotel suites. It also helped when Garry went ahead to shoot the venue and wedding guest arrivals, while his colleague (Reg/Reggie/Regina?) stayed behind at the hotel to shoot my getting-ready photos in the bridal suite. We didn't have to choose or miss out on any potential photos or memories.
What They Did Well (Specifics):
• Communication: Garry was extremely responsive via email and/or text. He was such a pleasure to work with. He worked very well with our other vendors and the wedding day coordinator, which was important. This was particularly important, as we had a different vendor for video, and Garry was collaborative and professional. It also helped when they all reviewed and contributed to the day of schedule. Garry and his colleague also communicated and worked well together. Lastly, before sending the coffee table album to the printer, Garry sent us the draft and layout for our review and made any minor requested photo swaps within 24-48 hours, after which we confirmed and sent it to the printer.
• Reliability / Timeliness: Garry was not only punctual, but he arrived early, which we appreciated.
• Quality of Work: We've received endless compliments on our photos and our coffee table photo album. Garry and his team captured so many details, angles, options, and perspectives. I even had friends and family ask who staged or positioned details or items in the photo, and I told them Garry and his colleague.
• Professionalism / Team: They were friendly and professional, and our guests really liked Garry!
Above & Beyond (Concrete Example):
One specific moment that exceeded expectations.
I have to say, Garry and Two for Two Photography break wedding photography records with their turnaround times! He gave us sneak peeks within 24-48 hours of our wedding, if I recall correctly, and the entire album and ALL photos shortly after that, within a week. Following along in online wedding and bride groups, it seems most couples wait months to get their photos back!
Garry also met us in the downtown core to hand-deliver our albums and photos, since we're both in Toronto, which was a lovely personal touch.
What Could Be Improved (If Anything):
Unfortunately, my rings (pear/teardrop) were positioned upside down in the jewellery shots, but they're not deal breakers. It would have been helpful to clarify or ask.
Value for Cost: Worth it.
Although Two for Two is marketed as having no time limit, in reality, they weren't there from the crack of dawn at our hotel, so it really works out to approximately 8-12 hours of service, give or take.

Garry and his team are the most wonderful vendor I have ever had! He shot our engagement photos, wedding shower and wedding day & along with videography!! I am so happy with how everything turned out! Since meeting him at the Bridal show and having him be our photographer/videographer for my events, he has also done jobs for multiple
relatives of mine who met him at my wedding. They are also sooo happy with his work. Not only is he a master at photography and videography, but his personality is the icing on the cake! He is so friendly and very funny which also gave us genuine smiles in our photos, and that is what we want! I highly recommend Garry and his team. Thank you for everything Garry! -

No Words To Describe How Amazing Two For Two Photography Is!
There are simply no words to describe how incredible Gary and the Two for Two Photography team is. If you are looking for a photographer for any event, Gary will document your day to perfection. My husband and I knew we made the right choice when we met Gary at Canada’s Bridal Show. He treated us with the utmost care, concern and reverence for our special day. My husband claims he’s not photogenic, and Gary made him feel so comfortable throughout each photoshoot. Gary and Jem never failed to surprise me with their incredible eye for details, incredible kindness and knack for capturing the story in every photo. Even the sneak peak photos blew me away. If you are looking for great service, excellent prices and a truly phenomenal photographer, RUN don’t walk to Two For Two Photography. -

There are not enough words of positivity to describe our experience with Garry from Two for Two.
Having met him at the Canadian Bridal Show and keeping in contact for almost a year until my bridal shower, I can’t express how impressed I am. He is incredibly attentive to his email and will get back to you so quickly. He also makes the booking process very easy as we did everything virtually.
On the day of my shower, Garry was early and already taking photos before my arrival. Once I got there, he continued his work and took the most stunning photos of me, my bridal party, family, friends and my fiancé.
The photo quality is yet another item I was amazed with. Normally I do not like having my photo taken, but not only did Garry make you feel comfortable, but he knows how to get all the best angles. The photos came back better than I could have ever imagined, and super quick at that.
I will absolutely be using Garry and his team in the future! -
