Weddings involve a lot of different vendors, but hands down, Two Bird Weddings stepped up the most of any vendor we had. We got married during Covid-19 and had to deal with a lot of changes. This caused our video requirements to change but Jason went above and beyond to figure out how to capture all of our special moments in just the way we wanted. He even learned how to Live Stream for us (including an audio feed directly from the DJ's soundboard)!

Jason took every opportunity we offered him to get to know us better, walk through details, and to prepare for his role on our big day. We really felt like he had our backs and the result was flawless because of it.

And this doesn't even cover the QUALITY of the output. Wow. The scenes that Jason caught were momentous and important, but also artistic and creative. He didn't just capture the moment, but he told a story through the scenes he captured. As an example, rather than just videoing my bride and I posing for a photo, Jason instead shot my hand on the swell of her back and my thumb gently rubbing her to keep her warm. Wow, what a seemingly insignificant shot, but it helped to tell a larger story of love and care. Jason had that vision from the start and incorporate so many small shots like this into our video edits.

Jason is absolutely phenomenal. He is professional and personable and just wonderful to work with. He is FANTASTIC with communication. He always ensures he has all the information he needs to ensure your videos are exactly what you want. If you have any questions he is quick to reply and keeps you updated on his progress as he works. The day of, Jason keeps you on track and really helps keep the day moving smoothly. My now husband was unsure of having a videographer and wasn’t sure if it was worth it, but now seeing the finished products he is sooo grateful to have them!
Jason is so so talented and takes such pride in his work. We couldn’t be happier with our videos.

My husband and I used Jason for our wedding in October and I don't think we can thank him enough. Jason was easily one of our favourite vendors that we chose for our wedding. We weren't sure if we wanted video at first - and we came across Jason's stuff and we fell in love. He put together our short film exactly the way we wanted it. He was so fast at communicating with us leading up to our big day and he made us feel very comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day. He even took the time to come to our rehearsal to meet us and check out our ceremony location. We can’t thank Jason enough for the incredible job he did capturing our special day!Through the entire planning process Jason was so easy to communicate with, always open to suggestions as well as sharing expert advice. On the day of he did an incredible job at capturing so many amazing moments while still making us feel comfortable, most of the time without even being noticed! Jason is amazing! Video was not something we budgeted for from the beginning but knew we had to find the room and I’m SO glad we did. From the very beginning of the day my toddler was fascinated with him & wanted to be everywhere he was. Our wedding party, our family and our guests all commented on how amazing Jason was. Because of him, his eye and his ability to tell our story in the beautiful way he did - we now have one of the most important days of our lives captured on video for our daughter & future kids to look back on.
The video itself was MAGICAL! No exaggeration. We have received SO many compliments on how romantic it came out and how he genuinely captured every important moment.

We live across the province therefore met Jason the morning of our wedding. Although his correspondence was always very professional and detailed and positive, I didn’t actually know what to expect. But his calm confidence put me at ease immediately. I honestly was nervous a videographer would overtake moments or “get in the way” but he truly didn’t, it was like he wasn’t even there (no offence Jason lol). He skillfully captured the footage he needed with out overtaking any natural moments.
We had fun with Jason as he worked as team with our photographer so they could both capture moments. We had a lot of fun with them during this shoot, an outsider looking in would have assumed they were a well established team but in actuality they met that day.
Jason knew capturing my dads property was very important to me and on our wedding day it rained so we were unable to to take pictures on my dad’s property. Jason rolled with the change of plans and blew us away as he took a drone and was able to record my dads property.
I had zero clue what Jason would provide for us. He captured moments we will never forget or never have to forget now thank you to Jason.
His end product (highlight reel) was and still is a dream to watch, almost surreal to believe we are the starring roles. Something we will watch every anniversary! Thank you for being such a monumental role in our wedding and making it such a positive and lovely experience. We highly recommend Jason.

I can’t even begin to express how great Jason was from the day we signed his contract, to weeks after the wedding and all of the in between as well. He was professional yet so down to earth and totally comfortable to be around. The quality of his videos are amazing. He truly seems like he loves what he’s doing. He traveled to us multiple times for pre shoots for extra footage to add into our films. He constantly kept it contact and always shot off ideas as well. Our final film we received from him were breathtaking. We really and honestly couldn’t have hired any one better for our day!!

We hired Jason for our wedding this past summer and throughout the process he was always in contact and easy to reach. My wife and I loved what he did with the footage he took: his short highlight clip of our day was spectacular and breathtaking. The footage he captured was well beyond our expectations and he gave us our day to enjoy for years to come
