On the day of our wedding Trista was great to work with, she was happy and had a lot of good suggestions for photos. However, shortly after our wedding she disappeared and became non-responsive. For almost three months I sent e-mails and texts regularly with 0 response. I paid a year prior to our wedding so I was very nervous for most of this time that I was getting ghosted/got scammed. When she finally replied she said she had been sick and would have the photos to us (or at least a date for the photos) within a week. We went another month with no responses to e-mail or texts until finally I had to threaten legal action. Over six months after my wedding I finally received my photos, the photos are well done and I'm happy with them. But two months later (8 months after my wedding) I'm still waiting for the canvas owed to me and I've received no response to my several texts and e-mails once again. The lack of responsiveness and timely communication from Trista post wedding has been stressful, unprofessional and disappointing. At this point, I don't think I'll ever see my canvas and that's just not right.

My sister was married in October of 2024. After she did not receive her pictures for more than 12 weeks, she began trying to reach Trista through various avenues with absolutely no response. She had even ghosted the videographer who recommended her. Eventually my sister was cc'd on a mass email explaining that she had had some health issues and was very sorry but would reach out to everyone directly within the week to provide an update on their pictures. We understand (but from what I see in previous reviews this isn't the first time something like this has happened) but that week came and went with nothing. My sister still continues to reach out with no response what so ever. She is understandably frustrated, especially since she paid Trista in full for her services over a year ago.

I literally waited over 6 months to get my pictures. I asked for 3 portraits and described what I wanted when I meant portraits and she told me they were called prints. (Okay what do I know) and I wanted three albums. I got married in October and I got my digital pictures in the end of January. She had a million excuses why she couldn’t get things to me. It’s the end of February and I finally got what I thought were three albums and three portraits. But the portraits aren’t portraits. They are just printed 8x11 pictures. She took so long that I had to go to Walmart and print pictures myself for our thank you card. The “portraits” are literally the exact same as something I could have done myself. Thank god the album turned out nice otherwise it would have been a complete waste of money. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

Trista was extremely professional and went above and beyond the duties expected of her, down to bandaging my bridesmaids and my feet. She was a pleasure to work with, She did an exceptional job. Would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who is more than her job cares for her clients. Amazing person and great at her job!

She was amazing and very professional i love her to bits. Her energy is amazing an she went above an beyond to make sure i was okay on my wedding day. I recommend her to everyone.
