Picture ok, video terrible

I’ll start by saying the pictures we did get were good. So no complaint with that. My problem is that for our wedding we stressed how our first dance was the most important thing to capture since we had it choreographed . We hired 2 photographers and a videographer for this. All of the dance pictures were from 1 angle, meaning that our backs are to most of the pictures. Then the video is the worst part. We do not even have our full first dance. The video that they sent us was all chopped up and the dance was sent in pieces OUT OF ORDER. The video was recorded from a tripod, no one was following us with the camera, so most of the time we are not even in frame. I get it our children knocked over a camera that was left alone on a tripod during pictures, but they still continued to use that camera. They didn’t tell us there was damage to that camera till 6 WEEKS after our wedding. we paid the additional repair fees, even though we did not have to, since this photographer does not have insurance on their equipment. I also had a very touching dance with my children that I have no video of. When we brought up our concerns the photographer just kept repeating that this is our fault. It took 6 months to get our video. And the only offer to make things better was to refund $300 (which they could not actually do because they said they don’t have the money) when we paid over $9000 for services. Customer service is terrible, video services are terrible, pictures are adequate

Most beautiful and natural pictures I’ve ever seen!

So very pleased we had our pictures taken with tang!! Absolutely amazing and VERY professional, not only did she capture the most natural, beautiful pictures I’ve ever had taken but she also managed to capture the mood beautifully with each one!! Thank you tang for making our special day even more memorable with your fantastic photography skills!! Can’t praise you enough ❤️

We had a very easy experience working with Eunice on our Sept 1 elopement in Niagara Falls. She is great value for the amazing pictures she takes and her professionalism. Highly recommended!!

Eunice was AMAZING to work with for our wedding in May this year and for our engagement photos last May as well. My husband and I aren’t very photogenic but Eunice made us laugh and have fun. The photos and videos came out beautifully ! Thank you so much ! ❤️

Amazing photographer, highly recommend

There just aren’t enough words to possibly describe how amazing each and every photo that Eunice takes. She has a magical way of finding the perfect shot. Easily the best experience with a photographer I've had. She is very personable and very talented. She was amazing at communicating and always had some wonderful ideas. We are very nervous with having photos taken and she was so good at easing our anxiety. I am so glad I had her capture the magic of my Wedding and cannot wait to use her again for more photo in the future. Thank you so much Eunice ❤️

Eunice did a great job!

Eunice did a great job for our wedding. We hired her for the full day: we had the ceremony in the late morning and the reception in the evening. She’s very professional and talented. Also, she is very prompt in answering questions either through email or phone. We liked the way she took the photos and also were particularly pleased with the wedding photo book. It did take a while to get the finished products but she did warn us ahead of time that she gets backed up sometimes from having many clients, especially during wedding season. Overall, a job well done!

Our Wedding

Eunice, captured our wedding a few weeks ago. She was attentive, honest and made sure she checked in with us about what we wanted and didn't just go with what she wanted. She made sure we felt comfortable but was still able to be ourselves and have fun! She got a ton of great shots. Her turnover time was amazing! She had over ALL our photos edited and returned to us in just under a week! :) We are so happy with the results.

Timeless Wedding Photos

We hired Eunice for our wedding in May. It took me a while to find the right photographer for us because I was looking for a certain style of photos! When I came across Eunice's work I knew we had to have her photograph our wedding. Our photos turned out beautiful and I am still (and will forever be) in awe of them. In addition to her amazing work, she is also just a great person. Professional, adaptable and friendly. She was always very kind when answering any questions I had, and she was very flexible when I had to change some things around last minute. She was also very creative with our shots and she has a great eye. Fairly priced in my opinion and I would highly recommend her services to those searching for the perfect wedding (or special occasion) photographer!

Incredibly Talented Photographer

Eunice is not only a talented photographer, but an incredibly kind soul! When searching for a photographer for our wedding I knew I wanted someone who would take stunning shots and also make us feel comfortable when posing. I have never been someone who liked photographs being taken, but Eunice did an amazing job of helping us feel natural when posing, and she also has an eye for capturing beautiful candid shots! Whether you are looking to hire someone for a wedding, for family photos, or even shots for your business, Eunice is definitely the photographer for you!
