My husband and I worked with Scarlet for our engagement photos as well as our wedding. I can’t imagine a better photographer, not only in terms of quality but also personality! She was very responsive, professional, and put us at ease with her bubbly personality. She was also very flexible about timing on the day of and ended up staying a bit later last minute, which we really appreciated. Her photo results were incredible and we ended up with hundreds of high quality beautiful pictures we can share with friends and family.

We ended up relying on her not only for photos but also venue, decor and food advice since she has worked with almost every venue in the city!

Scarlet and her team were experts! We could not have asked for a better photographer for our special day. It was great to meet her, and get to know her first at an engagement session. She got a good feel for who we were, and how we photograph. On our wedding day, Scarlet and her assistant Wade spent the whole day with us - from when we were getting ready, until the midnight snack pizza truck arrived. The full day package was well worth it. Expert photographer, very personable, great attitude, and she'll make you feel comfortable in any situation as you navigate, and try to capture your wedding day.

Scarlet is one-of-a-kind. Unclear why I'm writing this approx 4+ yrs after my wedding, but the pics last a lifetime. So many of the pictures from my wedding were spontaneous in settings that emerged naturally as we moved from spot to spot. My wedding was small, casual and didn't have much structure - I think that would have stressed a lot of photographers out but not Scarlet. She was so cool and in the moment and had tons of creative ideas. She's the best! All my friends n fam loved her too.

Scarlet was an absolute joy! She not only takes freakin' amazing photos, she is also such an amazing person, and great ball of happiness to be around!

Scarlet O'Neill is one of the rarest gems in the photography game, for good reason. From the moment we met Scarlet, she was personable, kind, honest, creative and professional. Every interaction was like meeting with a friend, and she took two *very* awkward goof balls and somehow made us look like gorgeous rock stars in every shot. You only have one opportunity to invest in gorgeous photos when it comes to documenting life's greatest moments, and hiring Scarlet to document our engagement shoot and wedding day was the best (and first!) decision we made. There is a reason she is THE most sought-after photographer in the city. If you are fortunate to work with her (hot tip: she books up FAST, folks!), you will not be disappointed. Scarlet was so empathetic and flexible helping us work through our 2020 Covid-plans (and re-plans), and we were so thankful for her positivity and energy on the day-of. She made the day comfortable, easy, organized and SO FUN. A couple pieces of advice for those couples looking to hire Scarlet for your big day: 1) Do the engagement shoot. It's an extra investment, but having that extra time with Scarlet in advance of the wedding day meant we had ZERO jitters being photographed on our wedding day, and we ended up with an incredible assortment of more casual photos of us that we will have forever; 2) Get ready together on the day-of! Due to COVID, our original plans got tossed out the window and we decided to throw all tradition out with it. We are SO HAPPY we took Scarlet's advice and got ready together on our wedding day. Not only did we get more time together, those photos are some of the ones we love the most! We cannot wait to work with Scarlet again. We have officially found our photographer for life. Thank you, Scarlet!

Scarlet was incredible at capturing our special day, making it personal, so fun and special for us, our family and guests! She added to the fun of the event!

She is part of the love you feel on your wedding day. This woman is incredible. She flew all the way to Ireland to photography my wedding! It was a beautiful, perfect day, but definitely full of chaos and a very uncomfortably crazy family. She kept me calm. Helped me create boundaries with certain people and allowed me to experience my wedding day. I am a photographer myself, so selecting a wedding photographer was very difficult and very important. When I met Scarlet in person for the first time, she told me to choose whichever photographer I felt would allow me to be a BRIDE on my wedding day. And that was it. She was it. I didn't for a second think about being a photographer. I just had to get married to my best friend and Scarlet was there for every tearful, laughter filled, beautiful, chaotic moment.
Scarlet is now our forever photographer. We live in the US and whenever we can we will travel to her or fly her out for babies, family reunions, and anniversaries every chance we get.
Her soul is bright and shines through every bit of her work.

I met Scarlet almost 5 years ago when my husband and I were meeting with a couple of potential wedding photographers. I didn’t know it at the time, but I have since become a huge fangirl. Our engagement photos and wedding photos turned out really well - I love her candid vibe that’s all about capturing the moments as opposed to making staged photo moments. Looking back on them, it brings me right back to when they were snapped. I’ve since done another shoot with Scarlet, and I look forward to our family shoot later this year.
