We had a great experience working with Reverie. They balanced calm and professionalism and took gorgeous photos! They blended in and got amazing candid shots during the ceremony and reception, and the photo booth shots were a huge hit with our friends and family. When I was searching for a wedding photographer, I came across many options and although there were a lot of them with beautiful portfolios, it was Reverie Studio's friendliness and flexibility that made me feel at ease. They understood our needs from the beginning, as my main concern was that they would catch all the important events of the wedding day. In particular I wanted to make sure they would be able to document both my husband and I getting ready as well as 2 Chinese tea ceremonies. They were very accommodating about this and the entire day's photo ops were achieved seamlessly. As a bride it kind of sucks that you miss out on the little things that happen during the big day but thanks to my wedding pictures I was able to see all my friends and family enjoying themselves on the dance floor. I also loved the photos of our parents reactions to our speeches, something that Reverie intuitively knew to document. I absolutely loved how all the photos turned out and I loved how Reverie just knew which photos to take, even ones I didn't even consider! We have our lay flat photo book displayed in our house and we always get compliments on it. I would not hesitate to recommend Reverie Studios to any of my friends!

I used reverie studios for my wedding and it was the best experience! I had so much fun taking pictures with them, that looking at the pictures reminds me of the great times we had! From the beginning both Ryan and Shane were knowledgeable about what they offer and what they didn't offer and both explained things in detail.
They asked before hand what pictures we wanted and told us to write it down so that they would remember to get the shot. They remembered everything I asked for on the wedding day. They found all the important people (family, friends, and relatives) and took pictures of them. as a foodie, I asked them to take pictures of all the food and they did it. They even got shots I didn't even think about, like the wedding rings.
I liked that there were two photographers. One was able to capture my husband to be getting ready, while the other took pictures of me. I also liked at the ceremony they both took pictures so we were able to get multiple views of the same shot. My favorite picture is one where I'm hugging my dad as he's giving me away and I have pictures from both sides. My dads face in one picture and my face in another picture.
They were able able to capture the greatest candid shots of people's speeches, dances, and groups of people mingling.
We did our wedding shots at a different location and they were able to point out all the magical spots at this location to get the best pictures.
We got our photos really fast and they looked amazing. Looking at the photos is like watching the story of the night all over again.
We also got the dream book and was extremely happy with how it turned out. It was very creatively put together.
Overall it was one of the best experiences and have even asked Ryan to do family photos.
