The best, the absolute best
I knew I wanted Jalen to be our photographer from the day we got engaged. She's a joy to communicate with, super professional and warm at the same time, flexible, thoughtful, creative, and very efficient. We felt totally at ease having our pictures taken. All of our wedding photos are just fabulous. There is the perfect balance of natural and special (if that makes sense). All of my relatives who have seen our gallery have gone out of their way to express how impressed they are (and this is a choosy and hard to impress group). 10/10 would work with again.
P.S Jalen sent us our gallery of completed photos on a Friday afternoon and then had her baby literally the next morning. An absolute badass -

Jalen is simply wonderful at what she does. She is efficient, professional, the photos (even the posed ones) look so natural, and she captures the most incredible candid moments. Jalen is also an absolute joy to have around, she puts everyone at ease. Highly recommend for your wedding, or anything else you want beautifully and artfully captured! -

Jalen was amazing. I often get uncomfortable having my photo taken, but Jalen put me and everyone else at ease all day. The photos she took are so beautiful. I love them. She captured the joy of the day perfectly. Highly recommend. -

Better than I dreamed
Jalen went above and beyond in every way. She travelled to my destination wedding, shot for hours in the SNOW, and was encouraging, funny, and a beacon of calm through the entire experience. She relaxed our jitters at being photographed and when we saw the finished product we couldn’t believe the photos. They truly took our breath away and we are so grateful she was our photographer. -

Jalen was the perfect photographer for our wedding. She made everyone feel at ease and captured our special moments in the most incredible way. She had wonderful ideas of places to take photos and knew just how to pose us. Everything was super natural and she really captured our unique relationship. We're not a very lovey, dovey couple, and Jalen was so caring and sensitive to that. On our wedding day, we had so much fun with Jalen & Matt that at times, we forgot we were being photographed and just learned how to laugh and enjoy the day. Jalen helped out so much with little things, too, like holding my dress up, gathering things up for me, etc. and the little things like that was so thoughtful. In addition, Jalen was extremely quick in giving us some photos right away, which helped us to revel in the day just a bit longer. Thanks, Jalen & Matt!
