We had an amazing experience with Adam and PJ and couldn’t be happier with our choice to hire Focus. From the very beginning, they made us feel completely at ease and comfortable, which allowed us to truly enjoy each moment. We wanted a lot of candid shots, and they did an incredible job capturing genuine, natural moments across both wedding ceremony days as well as our engagement shoot.
For the more directed shots, they guided us through poses and gave clear, helpful direction, which we truly appreciated since we needed the extra help. They were friendly, professional, and so easy to work with—our guests even commented on how much they enjoyed interacting with them.
They also showed incredible initiative and professionalism. When we were running behind schedule on one of the ceremony days, they took it upon themselves to start capturing beautiful drone shots and footage of the venue, making great use of the time without needing any direction from us.
They were extremely accommodating and flexible with scheduling, working with our dates and times for both wedding ceremony days and our engagement shoot. Their positive energy, creativity, and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a talented, proactive, and personable photo and video team. -

We had the privilege of having the team for both our engagement and wedding day. Rocco, the photographer was not only professional - but down to earth, efficient and fun to work with. His pictures make jaws drop. Highly recommend! -

We absolutely loved working with this team! Allan (photographer) and Albert (videographer) were amazing throughout our wedding day. My husband and I aren’t the most comfortable in front of the camera, but Allan made the whole process so easy — he was patient, encouraging, and never made us feel awkward. We really appreciated that both Allan and Albert had great attitudes the entire day and that they spoke Cantonese, which helped our family members feel included and comfortable.
They were also incredibly professional — present when needed but never in the way, which we’ve seen happen at other weddings. The company overall was wonderful to work with and very responsive.
The only thing I wish we had done differently was to make sure we got individual photos with my bridesmaids and sisters. The morning rain threw off our schedule, and some shots got missed. When I mentioned this afterward, the company kindly offered to help photoshop a family photo to include us together, which I GREATLY appreciated!
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for talented, kind, and professional photographers and videographers. -

First off Focus Photography really treats you like you’re their only client. Lee is absolutely fantastic and makes you feel like your opinions are valid and takes everything you say into consideration. We had some moments where we had to go back and forth to get my vision come to life. Lee was always there being supportive and providing helpful comments throughout the editing process.
Even before that, Allan and Tofu really made me feel welcome and special. The day was a lot and it was HOT and Allan always had a smile on his face and tofu really captured the moment….it took me a second to watch the video because I didn’t watching myself cringy, but he did a fantastic job with editing!
the only thing I will say to anyone getting their pictures done is don’t feel bad for telling the photographers what you want. Give a shot list and be specific. I think that helped. Make sure you get the shots you want!
They stayed until the day was done, capturing important moments.
All things said. Why you should go with focus is because of Lee. He’s so attentive and cares about you and wants your input and feedback. Not all vendors care. And he cares! He also worked with my budget and I’m really grateful for that. -

My daughter used Focus Photography for her engagement and wedding. I have to say I was so impressed with the professionalism and creativity of the photographers. The engagement shots were stunning and were prepared quickly. Allen and Albert were polite, friendly, and approachable throughout the wedding day. They took such creative shots and made everyone feel comfortable with their humour and kindness. I liked that they stayed out of people's way, being virtually invisible at the wedding, unlike many I have seen at other weddings, while still managing to capture all the key moments. The proofs were delivered the next day. I would highly recommend this company. -

Simply amazing
We had the personal pleasure of working with Focus Photography for our wedding day in July 2022, specifically with Allan and Albert. Both were absolutely incredible to work with and delivered amazing photo and video content. They were easy going, approachable and extremely professional in helping us navigate through such an important day. We requested to have mostly candid shots, and they did just that, while keeping a 'ninja like' low profile all day. Their customer service (we communicated with Lee) was unrivalled; their email responses always prompt and always willing to help with whatever was needed. We requested a few changes on some photo/videos; they revised multiple times without hesitation and delivered all products to the highest standard. We could not be happier; we would highly recommend working with this team for any event. -
