I was drawn to Monika and Everglow Photography from their Instagram and online portfolios. Their images are so captivating and I felt so much radiating love and emotion through the screen that I just knew she was the photographer I wanted for our wedding.
From the very beginning, Monika made us feel like more than just clients. She took the time to truly get to know us, our story, and what mattered most to us. She really wanted to ensure that our vision was carried through, which was for our pictures to feel like the love that we share. She truly and genuinely went above and beyond, and the photographs surpass any expectation I had held for them. Every time I look through our photos, I fall more in love and it instantly brings back all of the joy and emotion from our wedding day.
Monika’s care and intention showed in every moment she captured. Whether it was just the two of us for our couples session or with our entire family during cocktail hour, she created such a relaxed and engaging atmosphere that everything felt natural and fun. To capture genuine reactions and emotions, she would ask memory provoking questions that made the whole experience feel so wholesome. We were truly brought down memory lane while taking pictures and our reactions add so much to the photos that seeing them sparks so much joy.
Monika has an incredible eye for detail and such a unique artistic vision, and she guided us with thoughtful, creative poses and prompts that never felt forced. Her warmth and kindness made the whole experience feel so easy, and we genuinely loved every moment we spent working with her.
What meant even more to us was how supported and cared for we felt throughout the entire process. Monika’s communication was always thoughtful and reassuring, and she went above and beyond at every step. We were absolutely amazed when she sent us a sneak peek gallery within just a week of our ceremony, it was so special to relive those moments so soon. Then when we received our full gallery right on time, with even more photos than we ever expected, we were completely blown away. Every image made us feel so beautiful and captured our love in the most genuine, emotional way. Monika didn’t just photograph our wedding, she gave us an experience we’ll never forget. Thank you truly does not begin to express our gratitude towards Monika and the memories she has created for us. We are ever so appreciative and highly, highly recommend her to anyone seeking a photographer. -

Booking Monika from Everglow as our photographer was truly the best decision we made while wedding planning, and I hope this review inspires you to do the same!
I first came across Monika’s work on Instagram, years before I was engaged. There was something about the candidness and emotion depicted in her photography that really resonated. Fast forward to wedding planning, she was the first vendor we contacted and were totally sold after our intro call.
Before I go more into her artistry, I just need to rave about her professionalism and incredible value beyond photography itself. Our wedding planning process was unfortunately a bit chaotic; we found out our venue went bankrupt a few weeks before our date. When we informed Monika of this, she was so helpful with sharing recommendations and helped us narrow down contenders to ensure our day still photographed perfectly. Once our new venue was secured, she was also instrumental in crafting our timeline, which resulted in an effortless, relaxed day.
My husband and I aren’t fans of being behind a camera, so it was important for us to work with a photographer that didn’t make our wedding day feel like a big photoshoot. Monika ensured this wasn’t the case. We felt truly present, comfortable, and had so, so much fun! This of course translated to our photos, and our gallery truly exceeded our expectations. I cannot reiterate how much we LOVE each image!!
Due to some inevitable delays on wedding day, there were a few significant moments that ended up going past her contracted end time. She independently volunteered to stay late to capture them, because she felt “compelled to finish capturing the story”. We obviously felt it was important to compensate her for this time after the fact, but I think this statement perfectly sums up the type of artist (and genuine person!) she is.
If you want beautiful, candid images, while having the best day of your life, please place your trust in Monika and her team! I guarantee you will be SO happy you did. -

We recently had Everglow shoot our winter elopement in January 2025. From the moment we connected, we knew we had made the right call selecting Everglow for our wedding photography. Selecting a photographer can be a daunting task, but we were immediately drawn to Everglow after perusing through their website and seeing their natural, candid style of photography. The elopement package was exactly what we were looking for and gave us a sense that they understood the scope of work we needed for our private intimate day. We appreciated the ability to customize the base package to suit our needs and the flexibility to add additional time the day-of as needed.
The entire team was involved each step of the way, making us feel valued and supported in the process, and there was a palpable commitment to ensuring our vision aligned with theirs. We appreciated the ongoing communication, questionnaires, video calls, and regular check-ins/updates that helped us articulate the creative style we wished to emulate in our photos. Jess did an amazing job of coordinating all the arrangements and handling communication between the team. She was always responsive and professional, and every email was informative and detailed.
On the wedding day, our photographer Ally was an absolute joy to work with. She showed up on-time and well prepared, having reviewed our itinerary and inspiration photos to help keep us on track and ensure that we captured all those must-have photos, all while keeping it light and fun. This was our first time doing a professional photoshoot and posing in front of the camera is not something we are familiar or comfortable with, but Ally guided us through every shot by encouraging us to be in our natural element so it never felt contrived. However there were also times when we needed some extra direction and this was extremely helpful, too. This positive experience made photography such a fun and enjoyable part of our day. We especially appreciated Ally's attention to detail when it came to lighting, angles, focus, lens choice, movement, posture, even letting us know if our hair or clothing needed fixing so that each shot would come out perfect. We are so thankful that she was able to include shots of our senior pup Bella as well. Not only is Ally an incredible photographer, she is a wonderful and down-to-earth person and we are so glad we got to spend our most special day with her. We'll always cherish her as one of our wedding witnesses as well!
The hardest part was waiting for the photos and still, Monika delivered our entire gallery of 292 beautifully edited photos in just over 2 weeks from our wedding date! This was almost 80 more photos that we were expecting and are so incredibly appreciative Everglow went the extra mile to deliver these. We sat and watched the slideshow/video together before viewing the full gallery and let me just say - they were right about keeping the Kleenex close by! The photos were stunning - natural, candid, and evocative. As stated on Everglow's website, photos are the one lasting memory you'll have of your wedding, and seeing them for the first time transported us back to each moment in time. We can see how they took our vision and inspiration photos and made them our own. It was exactly what we wanted! Monika is so talented and did an incredible job editing our photos. We love the tasteful yet natural mix of black/white and colour photographs, moody lighting, bright snowy shots, as well as the soft filter and grainy effects.
We also recently received our photo box in the mail and are so thankful that Everglow took the time to make us a custom gift box with a selection of some beautiful photos from our day, with a USB of all our photos in case the cloud fails us! Everything was beautifully packaged and worth the wait. It has definitely motivated us to get some of our favourite photos printed and framed!

It was such a joy to work with Monika and Angela. While looking for photographers for our wedding, we found lots of options but kept coming back to Everglow because their photos feel so natural and genuine.
Monika was so kind, professional, and accommodating from the day we met her. She took the time to get to know us and what we pictured for our engagement and wedding photos, and guided us throughout the process. We felt comfortable with her very quickly, and when Angela joined us for our wedding, we immediately felt comfortable with her as well.
You will work so closely with your photographers, and we had the best time with them. It was very easy to trust Monika and Angela and rely on their skills, experience, and creativity. Their talent and the level of care they put into their work really shows. We could not have asked for better photographers, and we're so thrilled with our wedding photos. They have the natural and genuine feeling that we wanted, and Monika and Angela captured everything so beautifully. We're so grateful to them. We'll always treasure our photos and look at them with so much joy.
