Cymbalista Photography is a professional service based out of Peterborough, Ontario. My whole life, I have constantly heard from family members, "Wow, I wish I had a photo of this moment", or "Yeah, I can't find any photos of _____". Too many times, it's the situation where there is one family member or friend that is always the photo taker, never the model. My goal is to be the photo taker as an extension of your family, to capture the memories as they are.

I love being there to help you through every step of the planning process. I will make the process of choosing your photo session outfits and locations a breeze, or help you put together a photography-friendly wedding day timeline, and for my lovebirds, being a professional third-wheel on the big day!

My favourite part of what I do is getting to know my couples on a personal level! I like learning about the story of how you met and getting to know your personalities. This will help me make your images more personal to you. I've found the more comfortable my couples feel with me, the more natural they look in their photos!

My style follows a documentary-esque approach. With the change in seeing loved ones due to, you know what, I found it was ever so important to capture memories as if that missing person was there themselves. The photos I take are a timeless approach that avoids heavy filters to ensure they are still in style for many years to come.
