My husband and I were honestly so nervous about choosing the right photographer for our wedding day. We knew how important our wedding photos would be and wanted someone who could capture every special moment perfectly. We feel incredibly lucky that we chose Avery Wassel!
From the very beginning, Avery was professional, reliable, and so easy to work with. He arrived on time, was extremely helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire day. He even suggested poses and ideas when we weren't sure what to do, which made taking photos feel natural and fun.
What impressed us the most was how attentive Avery was to every single detail. He noticed and captured so many little moments and details that we probably wouldn't have even thought about. His professionalism and attention to detail truly made a difference.
Our wedding day went so smoothly and felt completely stress-free, and Avery played a huge part in that. Most importantly, our wedding photos turned out beyond perfect! We honestly can't put into words how satisfied and happy we are with the final pictures. Every photo brings back the emotions and beautiful memories of our special day.
We are beyond grateful for all the hard work, time, creativity, and dedication Avery put into capturing our wedding. Looking through our photos has allowed us to relive those beautiful moments all over again, and that is something we will cherish forever.

I love Avery, my husband loves Avery, our wedding guests love Avery!! Since the very first step in the process he made us feel extremely comfortable, in our element, and able to show ourselves in love. He made the process a breeze and allowed us to really shine, as well as take some of the most gorgeous photos we have ever seen. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get married. -

Where to start with Avery Wassel Photography? Representation matters and we were drawn by this vendor due to the fact that we saw how comfortable they were with photographing people with different skin tones and really bringing out the best in their subjects. Such a simple detail led us to discover the sweetest people we could have come across. From the first consultation phone call, we knew we had hit the jackpot with him. Avery did our engagement photoshoot and my husband and I are quite reserved and were afraid of posing and looking awkward. What a silly thought... Avery pulled everything out of us and made us feel so comfortable.
On the wedding day, Avery, Healay and Max brought energy, professionalism, flexibility, positivity, kindness - the day would not have been the same without them. This connection felt deeper than just a client/vendor relationship and we have truly gained friends from a click on wedding wire. We would recommend Avery Wassel photography and team for all your photographing needs and promise that you will not be disappointed. They are talented, dedicated to get the perfect shot and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows in how they carry themselves and the results they produce. Avery is the absolute best! To start off, his vibe and ability to connect really put us at ease - he got a good read of what we wanted/didn't want and our personalities quickly, which allowed me to really mentally take a lot of the planning of this off our plates and trust we were on the same page. He was responsive and flexible, and able to explain the ins and outs without overwhelming us with information. For example, we were on the fence about engagement photos, but Avery encouraged us to use it as a low key practice session just to get used to being on camera - we were so glad we took his advice, both because we loved the photos and it helped put us at ease on our wedding day. As a photographer, Avery is obviously super talented and we loved the outcome of all of our pictures. That, combined with his ability to make you feel at ease, comfortable and fun made me so happy we went with Avery. I'd highly recommend, and look forward to booking future photos with Avery! -

We had an amazing time working with Avery and Hailey!! They are sooo kind and personable which is such a great trait to have in your photographers because of the amount of time you spend with them. They were very flexible with our times and the chaos of our big fat Indian wedding!
They captured every special moment and we got our pictures back on time as promised! They have a very creative eye which helps make every photo that much more beautiful.

Avery was amazing to work with - So creative with his direction, so friendly and patient. We had him out at our cottage for a wedding shoot in the autumn, with the colourful leaves in the background. His style caught the colours of our red/gold traditional clothing perfectly, as well as caught the beautiful autumn colours, without having us blend into the background.

Avery was so amazing throughout our whole wedding experience. He is so talented, our pictures turned out amazing! He is such a professional, he knew my husband and I did not have a lot of experience taking professional photos but he made us feel so comfortable that we felt like naturals. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. I cant wait to use him again in the future for our family photos.
