Highly recommend Sanjay!
One of my friends referred Sanjay, and I first reached out to him on Instagram. He replied immediately and was very flexible in scheduling our photoshoot at the earliest possible time. From the very beginning, he was polite, friendly, and never money-oriented, which made working with him such a pleasant experience.
Sanjay truly goes the extra mile and does above and beyond to get the best output. He is passionate and genuinely excited about his work, and it clearly reflects in the results. He showed us sample photos and guided us with poses, which made everything so much easier for us. He also shared the edited photos very quickly.
One thing I really appreciated about Sanjay is that he truly listens to you and does what you want. One challenge we faced with other wedding vendors was that they wanted to do things their own way. Since it was our wedding, we wanted someone who was supportive of our ideas and Sanjay was exactly that. He respected our vision and worked with us to bring it to life.
For our wedding, we wanted a videographer as well, and Sanjay arranged that seamlessly. We received so many compliments on our wedding photos from our guests.
He is extremely punctual- often arriving even before the agreed time-and has a very dedicated and positive attitude. ☺️Avelune Weddings's reply:

Sanjay, founder and lead photographer of Avelune Weddings, and his professional team were absolutely amazing in helping bring our dream for our daughter’s wedding to life.
Sanjay travelled five hours to Ottawa with his professional team and delivered far more than we expected. They went above and beyond. They were incredibly patient, kind, understanding, professional and creative throughout the entire celebration.
What impressed us most was their ability to capture real emotions and precious moments so beautifully. The quality of the photography and videography is outstanding, and every detail was captured with such care.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sanjay Johns Team for our wedding photography and videography. From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our special day memorable.
What impressed us the most was their attention to detail. They captured not only the important wedding moments, but also the small, emotional, and candid moments that we might have otherwise missed. Every photograph beautifully reflects the happiness, emotions, love, and excitement of our wedding day.
The team was also very patient and accommodating throughout the event.
