Best photographer in Toronto
Mario truly went beyond what we expected from a photographer on our wedding day. He was extremely communicative with us up to and on our wedding day. He was extremely creative with the shots he wanted to take and handled the unexpected weather conditions (it rained all day) with ease. The candid shots he took were amazing. My wife and I feel that he is truly able to capture the spirit of our wedding party and guests. He captured all the photos we were looking with many different family members without being pushy or bossy. He blended in with the crowd very well. Many of our guests complimented us on how wonderful he was to everyone at the venue as well as the amazing pictures we received from him. We would absolutely use Mario for other events in the future and highly recommend him to anyone getting married or having an event in Toronto! Thank you to Mario for capturing our day!

Best photographer out there!!
Mario and his team always deliver!!! We did a couple shoots with him including our wedding and we recommend him to everyone we know!! He gets ALL the shots and more. Not to mention he does it without making you feel like you’re working and posing all day. Can’t thank you enough for our lovely photos!! Xoxo

Amazing work!
So for we have only done our engagement photos but OMG they were incredible ! Mario is so experience and knew just what to say to make my fiance and I so much more comfortable in front of the camera! Can't for the wedding date to see what other beautiful pictures he gets!

Amazing photographer
Mario photographed our wedding at the Old Mill in Toronto in August. The photos are gorgeous and bring back so many happy memories. He is very professional and knew our venue very well. Really happy we hired him.

Excellent!
Mario and Matthew were incredibly professional and so wonderful. From engagement photos, to our wedding day, we could not have asked for a better experience! The pictures are amazing and the Photobooth was so fun! I would Highly recommend Avangard Photography to anyone!

Amazing wedding photos!
We are so thrilled that we booked with Avangard Photography for our wedding - the photos we got far exceeded any of our expectations. Mario is an extremely passionate photographer with an amazing style and his creativity is out of this world. We aren't from Toronto so we didn't know any good photograph locations but Mario is extremely knowledgeable and helped to guide us through our options. I was very nervous about the photos (I don't have much experience nor do I really like having my photo taken), but Mario put me at ease and did an absolutely outstanding job. Mario's photos tell a story of our day and are absolutely beautiful. He captured everything we had hoped for and then some! At our wedding, dinner ran late but Mario was so accommodating and flexible and agreed to stay later into the evening in order to capture our cake cutting, first dance and dance floor fun. He provided us with over 1000 photos of our big day and had them back to us within 2 weeks of the wedding. We are so grateful for Mario and would recommend him to anyone looking for wedding photos.

The photographer, Mario, was an excellent photographer who have helped us from start to end. He was able to advise us of what is necessary to follow, asking us all of the crucial photography-related questions such as (what kind of photos would you want to have in the end, how the wedding day going to go, or who are the people that you want us to specifically photograph?)
He was very attentive and flexible to our very tight schedule as we both are out of town ourselves and all of our planning was mainly done in another city.

Our entire experience with Mario and Avangard Photography exceeded all expectations. We were immediately drawn to Mario's photographic style and approach after seeing his work online; we can't believe that our engagement and wedding photos turned out even better than we could have imagined! Mario was very dedicated to getting both the portraits and candid shots that we wanted, adapted easily to our constantly changing schedule, and gave us great input regarding orientation of our ceremony location to optimize lighting. He was a pleasure to work with and we have every intention of using his services in the future!
