We're so glad that we went with Ame Collective to capture the moments from our wedding day. This is the simple, but most accurate way to describe their talent behind the camera. The team was able to capture the mood, the feeling, the emotion behind the day. All little moments put together from your special day are lost in your memories, but Ame Collective was able to grab onto those scenes and create a story for us. They spoke with us to understand what it is that we wanted to remember and what values were important to us, and their talented team was able to bring that to life in cinema quality. Truly this is one of the most treasured things we now have and can revisit for the rest of our lives. We feel so much gratitude towards Ame Collective, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to remember and relive.

The experience with Âme was truly amazing. We knew we wanted to book them because we loved what we heard from our friends who used them for their weddings. Similar to our friends' experience, they were amazing at responding and answering questions and just so easy to work with. We also really loved their work from seeing our friends wedding photos and videos. They are a one-of-a-kind wedding photography and videography company that really incorporates the story of the couple. My husband and I are so wowed everytime we watch our videos. Âme was able to capture all of the important moments for us. We highly recommend going with Âme if you are getting married and want them to capture every moment, and tell your story.
We LOVE the Wedding Story video - every couple needs this!! It literally brought so many of our friends to tears! Thank you Kevin, Phoebe, Eric, and the rest of the team!

WE had a great experience. Our evaluation criteria for our photography was that it had to be 'moment-focussed' and not staged, and this was exactly what I got. When we got our photos, I relived all the incredible moments and memories of that day. I love my photos and recommend Ame Collective to anyone looking for photography/videography for their big day. (PS. My husband loves them too!) -

Amazing, amazing, amazing work!! Everyone at Ame Collective was fantastic to work with and our wedding photos and video are so beautiful. I love how they were able to get all the little moments in our wedding and words cannot express how happy we are with the final results. I am very shy and awkward in front of the cameras, but the whole team was so comforting and easy going that I actually forgot we were being filmed most of the time. I could write a whole essay on why you should choose Ame Collective, but to sum it up: Ame Collective has the magic ability to not only capture the candid, serious, and happy moments of your wedding, but they're able to capture the mood and essence of the moment and put that into a photo that you can keep forever. Everyone that has seen our photos/video comments on how great they are (it doesn't hurt that Ame knows just the perfect type of music to go with your video that'll make anyone cry). If you had any doubts, trust me, you will not regret hiring Ame Collective. -

One of the most important decisions about our wedding was choosing the right artists to visual and conceptualize our wedding. During the first consultation meeting, Phoebe told us a bit about the company, its background and their values. She then showed us both their photo and film work from previous weddings...and they were incredible. Right after the meeting, we knew that Âme was the right company for us.
The process leading up to our wedding day was stress free and easy going. For our engagement shoot, we met Eric who was assigned to our wedding as the lead photographer and he helped us feel at ease and comfortable as I usually hate being in front of cameras. As we had chosen to go with the Story package, interviews with us and and family members were also conducted months before our actual wedding date. During the consultation, we fell in love with the films that encompassed and portrayed the background journey's of the couples vs the films of just the wedding day itself. The emotion and feeling of the complete story to us, felt like it holds immense value. Kevin was our lead videographer, and right away you could tell that he is a visual storyteller at heart.
Finally, our wedding day had arrived. The whole Âme crew showed up on time and again made us feel comfortable. It was a hot day, so they were mindful to execute the shots they needed in the sun, while also directing us to more beautiful shady locations. We opted to also get the Same Day Edit add on to be shown at our reception. I was a bit skeptical of this add on as the guests are usually socializing and drinking. Honestly.. it was WORTH IT!! We don't know what kind of wizardry Phoebe was doing on her computer throughout the whole day, but holy f*cking sh*t we absolutely had no idea it would be THAT amazing mere hours after the footage had been filmed. Family and friends could not stop talking about it right after it was shown. It was THE icing on the cake to an already stunning day.
A few months after our wedding, we received the finished product. A hand crafted box with our USB and some printed photos of Âme's favourite selections from that day. The moments that were photographed by Eric and team were stunning, he froze moments that can't be imitated again and to us that was so important. Simply put, this was a visual story told by photos and film not only of us, but of the 2 families becoming one.
If you are researching and unsure who to choose to capture your day, just stop. Book that consultation meeting with Phoebe and you'll understand. This is a once in a lifetime day to be captured and it was WELL worth the investment! I would give 10/5 stars if I could.
