Words simply cannot capture my full appreciation for Alissa as my wedding photographer. From the moment I reached out to her, to her dropping off the usb, book and prints, I felt like more than just a client, and truly supported by her. I reached out to Alissa about a year before my wedding date. She made sure to listen to all of my questions/comments and wishes for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day. When doing our engagement shoot I was amazed at how at ease I felt with her (especially because I normally don’t like pictures of myself), she was patient and made sure to instruct both myself and my (then) fiancé on how to pose. As a plus size person, this was incredibly important to me as I wanted to feel confident and beautiful in my photos, and Alissa helped me achieve that. We connected a few times in between the engagement shoot and wedding day, and a few weeks before the wedding we went over the last details and she provided a worksheet to ensure I got all of the family combinations I wanted. The day of – my timeline was a complete disaster but it never once threw Alissa or her wonderful second photographer off. They adapted and were (once again) VERY patient with all of us as we were trying to get things (and ourselves) ready. They were able to catch so many wonderful moments both posed and candid and truly went above and beyond in every way. Alissa was also extremely efficient with editing and delivering the photos, always staying within her timelines. Alissa is an incredibly talented photographer, and an absolute treasure to work with. I have so many stunning pictures to remember these special moments by, and I am forever grateful to her. I would highly recommend you book her for your wedding! -

Exceptional
Alissa is absolutely incredibly talented at what she does! She is so patient and truly wants to make your special day perfect and willing to do whatever it takes to get that shot! She is very creative and able to work with whatever canvas is given to her. We got married on our farm and she took the whole thing in her hands and ran with it and told us exactly when and what to do so we didn’t even have to worry about it. She also did our engagement shoot and pregnancy announcement shoot and she is so comfortable to be around and feel like you’ve known her forever! On our wedding day she showed up extra early and also stayed way past the time to make sure we got everything we wanted. The canvas print and photo book she does as a token of her appreciation after your wedding is stunning! I could not have been luckier to have found her to capture our day and also do so much for her cost. She is one of kind! -
