Meghan M. Sent on 07/10/2016I was so impressed with 6:8 Photography. I hate getting my picture taken but they made me so comfortable. It was the most fun part of our day! They went out of there way to make the day special and to capture our special moments. The pictures are stunning! -
[Anonymous] Sent on 02/04/2014Without a doubt, these guys are worth every penny! We approached 6:8 knowing that we liked their work, but unsure if we would love having our pictures taken. I tend to be a person who out of 20 pictures of myself, I might like one. We did an engagement session with them, and found it surprisingly natural, fun, and easy. The finished engagement photos were outstanding (despite how picky I am), capturing flattering images of us appearing just as happy and in love as we felt. We signed on with Kevan and Duane for our wedding day, and we're so glad that we did. They were always keen, flexible, and pleasant to deal with, and their organizational skills put mine to shame. They were such a pleasure to have around on the wedding day, as they put the whole wedding party at ease, made us laugh, and even helped some of us get dressed. The shots that they managed to get were surreal in the end. Between the two of them they got stunning shots from every angle and lighting source imaginable, making for incredibly artistic and rich photography. The finished product was beyond our expectations, and we are thrilled to have our memories preserved so immaculately. -

Even before deciding on a location for our wedding we’d decided that we wanted to have 6:8 photograph our day. We were struggling with deciding on a location for our wedding and Duane was really helpful in pointing out how beautiful and well set up Fernie was for weddings which lead us to our beautiful mountain wedding there this past summer.
One comment that resonated with us is that 6:8 tries to capture the story of your wedding day, which was one of the reasons that we decided to go with them, the amazing photos was the other. The wedding day itself went really smoothly – Duane and Kevan have great personalities, are very easy to be around and really brought fun and humour to our day. You can truly tell by working with them and through the photos they take that they are very talented, dedicated and passionate about what they do and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to capture their wedding day.

Our photos were exactly what we expected and captured every moment of our wedding day. We received our photos after the wedding on time (even a bit earlier than expected!).
