We originally had a different officiant booked for our wedding, but they took a bad fall and were no longer able to perform our ceremony. But, Amber came to our rescue, picking up the contract and running with the ceremony that we had already crafted. She did an amazing job of running our rehearsal, and executing our ceremony, which many of our guests told us was the best wedding they had ever been to (and we agree)! Amber, thank you not only for doing amazing work for our wedding, but also for stepping up and doing so last-minute for us and making us feel so at-ease, you literally saved our wedding! We definitely recommend booking The Love Story - you will be in excellent hands! -

Amber Smith was an outstanding officiant for our ceremony. Her professionalism was evident from start to finish, and her communication was always clear and timely. She provided excellent guidance throughout the planning process (that included a seamless rehearsal days before), which made for a truly wonderful and memorable ceremony. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were so happy to have connected with The Love Story. -

I don't even know where to start! When I first called Phill back in March 2023 I explained what I wanted and told him my story as to why I needed him for my wedding in just 7 months. October 2023. He listened and had alot of advice to help make our day extreamly special. He assured me that our day would be exactly what we wanted and more, and it sure was! 100%! Phil is very patient and willing to answer any questions you may have
( and I had alot of questions) he made us feel comfortable and also helped us get through all of our diffrent emotions! Phil had a fun side to him and also a Professional side. He is well organized and has everything you need and more to say "I Do" You can use what he has and also add a bit of your own or alot of your own. Phil is a very open, approachable kind, funny, and caring person. We highly recommend you use Phil from "The Love Story" for your wedding. You won't be dissapointed😊 Thanks again Phil! You are AWEAOME! -

Philip was the perfect person to make our wedding dream become a reality. He brought so much love and joy to our ceremony, as well as the right amount of humor to alleviate our stress and nerves.
From our initial call with Philip he made it clear he would work with any requests we had to make our day exactly how we wanted. He was open to any and every suggestion and had many tips and tricks himself to help make our ceremony run smoothly.
Every guest at our wedding praised Philip, we really couldn't imagine our wedding being the same without him as part of it!

Phil was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. He has a clear deep speaking voice and a charming personality to boot. Not to mention his amusing comic shirts before the wedding! My husband and I wanted a traditional Scottish hand fastening ceremony, even though we didn't know much about it, and Phil walked us through every step. We even threw a couple of curveballs his way by having to change the venue 3 months before the wedding, and the time of the ceremony only a few days before but Phil was open and accomodating with each curve. I would highly recommend Phil to any bride looking for an officiant. -

Philip Smith from The Love Story was such a kind, professional and light-hearted officiant who really made everything seamless and easy when we got married! He was so organized and eased our mind with all the details for our ceremony, vows and information on our marriage licence and certificate. We would recommend him and The Love Story for a personalized touch when you get married!
