  She's great!

  Sue was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was always responsive and friendly, and she gave us great suggestions and advice throughout the planning process. She picked up on the type of ceremony we were looking for easily, and crafted a perfect hand-fasting ceremony for us that felt beautiful and personal. On the day of the ceremony she provided clear directions and calm support, leaving us free to enjoy the process of getting hitched. We would highly recommend her to anyone getting married on the Coast. Thank you, Sue!

  Sue was amazing to work with for our wedding this year! She was easy to talk to, patient, and always quick to respond to any emails or questions! She provided useful tips when we began working on our vows! On the day, she had everything prepared and guided us to a seamless ceremony! Sue was perfect. Thank you!

  Sue is amazing!

  Sue married us at our June 2022 wedding. She was incredible to work with right from the start and helped us create our perfect ceremony. Sue is fun, professional, easy to talk with, and the most accommodating. She made us feel at ease, and confident every step of the way and made sure our ceremony reflected who we are as individuals and as a couple. We would 100% recommend Sue Girard as your officiant!   Couldn't be happier

  Sue was super flexible to what we wanted, and also intuitive with her suggestions for us. She totally understood we wanted a very minimal ceremony that focused mainly on our handwritten vows. She clearly loves what she does and has an excellent and calming manner which added so much to our ceremony. The planning of our wedding became super stressful near the end but Sue was always so reassuring and relaxed! Big help!

  Amazing Officiant!

  My partner and I were married on December 21, 2021. Sue worked with us to create a winter solstice wedding we will never forget! With lots of love, laughter and an ability to roll with the odd little things (thanks to couple who can NEVER stay on script, COVID challenges and an errant ice machine), Sue was able to take it all in stride. A wonderful day made more wonderful by an Sue's expert advice and guidance!!

  Our 30th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal

  My Husband & I renewed our Wedding Vows on our 30th Wedding Anniversary and we were blessed to have Susan Girard as our officiant. She was very lovely to deal. This was a very special day for us of course and Susan brought her lovely presence into our special day. Thank you very much Susan you are a kind soul!

  Easy, fun, professional and personable

  We loved having Sue as our officiant! We contacted her at late notice, and she just jumped into gear creating a perfect ceremony for us! Sue made it easy, special, and fun.

  Joy! Fun! Happiness

  Sue is the best. So passionate about her work and so much fun. She tripled an already joy filled day. She asks questions that really help her understand who you are as a couple then reflects that in your wedding. She is the best!

  Magical celebration

  Sue Girard made our celebration of love magical with her kind, intuitive presence.
  She is extremely creative, humorous, efficient and professional.
  She worked patiently with us on a shortened timeline, creating a ceremony that brought many of our guests to tears.
  She had to rush away to officiate another wedding but returned to help us celebrate!
