Ruth McGregor Celebrations is a wedding officiating service based in London, Ontario. Owner and Humanist officiant Ruth specializes in non-religious weddings and vow renewals. She welcomes couples from all walks of life, and customizes each ceremony script to best reflect their love story.
Services Offered
Ruth McGregor Celebrations works to add a personalized touch to every soon-to-be-wed's ceremony. Ruth adds a warm, humorous tone in her scripts whenever her clients prefer. Soon-to-be-weds are welcome to recite their own vows, and Ruth will be ready to provide any assistance or suggestions. Her ceremonies run between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the reading and rituals that her clients want to incorporate. Ruth can also be present during your rehearsal, to make sure everything goes according to plan on your big day.

The best officiant ever!
Ruth was the best officiant we could have ever asked for! She was such a good fit for us. She was so professional, so responsive and so helpful! She was an absolute delight to work with, and to talk to. We had a lot of great laughs along the way. We received so many compliments on our ceremony.... and most of it was due to Ruth putting together such a perfect, thoughtful, personal and sentimental ceremony for us! Honestly, we feel so lucky to have had her as our officiant. We cannot recommend her enough!

Ruth was incredible to work with. She is very organized which I greatly appreciated. She is kind, witty and knowledgeable. The process was very easy and collaborative. Ruth had great advice. She clearly communicated and was very prepared. She took the time to speak to our guests and get to know them (and received rave reviews). Ruth helped pivot the ceremony when an unplanned rainstorm threatened to cause chaos. I am only sad I didn’t get to spend more time with her! I would recommend her 1000 times over. THANK YOU!

The best officiant!
We had an amazing experience working with Ruth. She took the time to get to know us and created a beautiful, personalized ceremony that felt truly unique to our relationship. She was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We received so many compliments from our guests about how meaningful the ceremony was. The beautiful love story she wrote for us was definitely a highlight from our day. We highly recommend her!

Great Service from Ruth
Ruth was a pleasure to deal with and we're so happy that we chose her to do our ceremony. We needed a legal marriage completed before our destination wedding and we couldn't have asked for a more personable and organized person than Ruth. A Wonderful Experience
Ruth is extremely kind, caring, and professional. From our first meeting through until after the ceremony, she calmly navigated us through our wedding day. Her eloquent words are particularly memorable as she told our love story beautifully. We highly recommend Ruth as a wedding officiant.

Highly recommend!
Ruth officiated our ceremony with such heart, authenticity, and care. She set a beautiful tone from start to finish, and so many of our guests commented on how moving and meaningful it was. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!
