Monika was our wedding officiant and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. From the beginning she was very warm and welcoming, and took time to reassure us and give us advice (because our wedding was planned in 2 months!). She was accommodating every step of the way, and took time to get to personally know and understand who my wife and I are. The ceremony she put together made our ceremony one of the highlights of my wedding day – it was very personalized and very sweet. We heard from a few guests after what a beautiful ceremony it was (my aunt mentioned it was the most beautiful ceremony she’d ever seen). Would definitely recommend her for others, you won’t regret it!
She also offered to do the ceremony in German (my wife is German).
Die Tatsache dass sie selber ihren Ursprung in Deutschland hat, hat es fuer uns noch persoenlicher uns besonderer gemacht.

Monika is so lovely, she made us feel very comfortable and confident. She met with us beforehand and had us respond to questions via email to create a personalized ceremony that was both funny and sincere. She is a great speaker and was wonderful with our families. Great value for the cost of her services. -

Monika helped my spouse and I come up with a very personal and beautiful ceremony. Her pricing is more than reasonable and she was a big part of what made the day special. She was very flexible to changes that were needing to be made at times and made sure we were happy each step of the process. She even sent us a copy of the written part of the ceremony in the mail, such a beautiful gift to remember the day. Thanks so much Monika!

Best Wedding Officiant
Monika was the best wedding officiant we could ask for. Monika made our ceremony absolutely perfect. We didn’t know much about the process of getting legally married in Canada, Monika took her to time to explain us the process, helped us with choosing our vows, and answering our questions. Monika even came early and stayed a little late for us, which we greatly appreciated. We received so many comments on how beautiful our ceremony was and how the words and stories Monika narrated filled my guests eyes with joyful tears. Monika was an absolute joy to work with! She was able to meet all of our needs for our ceremony (we wanted no religious content and emphasis on a partnership of equals) and she was enthusiastic and supportive of our wishes. Her ceremony moved all of our guests and us deeply. She was also very helpful with a specific request we had; we did a sword exchange along with our rings to honour my husband’s heritage, and Monika put the whole thing together seamlessly. Definitely talk to Monika if you’re looking for your wedding officiant; she is incredible and I cannot recommend her highly enough! -

What can I say about Monika? She was absolutely WONDERFUL! Everyone loved her & raved about how beautiful the ceremony was. She was so great to work with, flexible, fun & professional. We told her we wanted to bring humour into our vows as we love making people laugh and she really helped make that happen!
