Kim was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, she was personable, calm, and so reassuring. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed for our big day. Her professionalism and warmth truly put us at ease. The week of the wedding, she even sent an email confirming that everything was set, which completely took the stress off our shoulders.
Kim also worked closely with us to make sure the ceremony reflected our personalities and preferences. She offered thoughtful options for personalizing different parts of the ceremony and was so open to our ideas. The end result was a ceremony that felt deeply meaningful and completely “us” which is exactly what we had always dreamed of.
We were also so impressed by how prepared she was for any situation. Kim let us know she had a community of other officiants she could call on in case of a last-minute emergency which was something we hadn’t even thought of! Knowing she had a backup plan gave us even more confidence and peace of mind leading up to the day.
We’re so grateful for her guidance and care, she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely caring officiant! -

Kim was absolutely amazing! My husband and I felt at ease and so welcomed during the entire process. On the wedding day, she stopped by to see me before the ceremony to reassure me about the day and my bridal party absolutely adored her!! We believe she made our ceremony even more memorable and we would definitely recommend her to every engaged couple looking for an officiant!! -

Kim was a wonderfully warm woman to work with. She was very prompt with responses. And she was very patient with our questions and changes that were made. The rehearsal the night before with her was so much fun and helped put everyone at ease for the actual day. Kim's ceremony words were so perfect and heartfelt. We received many compliments. -

Planning a wedding from overseas can be a bit overwhelming —you’re always second-guessing your choices. But from the very first email with Kim, we knew we were in the best hands. Whether you want a big celebration or something simple and intimate, she just adapts perfectly. She’s incredibly organized, clear in her guidance, and makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
What really stood out was how personal and genuine she made everything. Even though we had already read the script, we still ended up crying during the ceremony because of the warmth and joy Kim brought to it. It honestly felt like it came straight from her heart.
There are truly no words to capture how grateful we are. Just go with Kim—you will not regret it. Thank you so much, Kim, our day would never have been the same without you! 💛 -

I cannot recommend Kim enough. My partner and I hired her for our civil paperwork signing in preparation for our destination ceremony, and yet she still made the moment so very special. She was extremely flexible, responsive, and just had the best energy. Thank you, Kim! -

Kim is so wonderful! I am so thankful we went with Kim to officiate our wedding. Kim is so attentive and extremely responsive. She answered every one of our questions and had provided us with resources incase we wanted to add certain touches to our ceremony. Kim is very professional and was a dream to work with. I am so thankful that we booked her for a dress rehearsal the afternoon prior to the wedding as she came to the venue, worked with everyone and told them exactly how they will be walking and how the ceremony will go, resulting in pretty much no hiccups on the day of! After the ceremony, Kim gave us a very informative letter which indicated what we should do if we were to change last names and all that jazz, which is such a lovely little touch because I had no idea how to do any of it lol.

Amazing officiant
Kim came recommended to us by my Matron of Honor (whose wedding Kim helped officiate nearly 10 years ago). When we first chatted with Kim, she told us that working with her would be the easiest part of the wedding planning process and now that our wedding is over, we can tell you she 100% delivered on that promise.
Kim's client package comes with a list of sample vows, a list of ring exchange wordings, and lists of optional ceremonial elements and readings for us to consider. So basically all the resources were available to us to pick and choose to create a ceremony most true/accurate to our relationship. And she also provided the ceremony script and a proposed rundown well in advance, all of which was super helpful.
During our planning meeting, Kim also collected our marriage license to prepare it so we wouldn't be in charge of bringing it to the venue day of. For a bride that nearly forgot my wedding dress at home when I moved to the wedding hotel... having the legal documentation reliably taken off our hands was a true blessing.
So many guests (and most importantly, my in-laws, lol) came up to us after the wedding to tell us how beautiful the ceremony was and what a wonderful job our officiant had done. She gave clear instructions to the guests to put away their phones, and helpful verbal cues to us to look at the camera, sign this document, put the ring on our spouse's finger, etc... such that everything ran so smoothly. Additional note from our MOH: Kim also knows exactly when to step aside so she doesn't photobomb important couple photos! Very useful skill for an officiant to have.
TLDR: We would recommend Kim to anyone looking for an officiant :) -
