Hearts of Faith is a wedding officiant based in Elora, Ontario. My name is Connie and I have been a wedding officiant in Ontario since 2013. Bringing couples together in love and marriage is my passion. It brings me sincere joy and pleasure to know I get to be a part of one of life's greatest adventures; marriage. Something I myself have enjoyed with my husband for over 42 years.

Services Offered

Hearts of Faith offers single-faith, multi-faith, and non-religious ceremonies as well as civil unions, vow renewals, and ceremony rehearsals. I want to know what message you want your beloved guests to receive at your wedding and I will gladly help you to achieve the perfect ceremony. I do have a fantastic wedding order script that any couple can make their own and I am honoured to help you with that. As well, I am happy to help in assisting with your vow writing.

Easy and Amazing

Connie was great! She is such a sweetheart, we felt like we've known her our whole lives. Connie is super responsive, professional and easy going. She was able to adapt to our needs and add our core values to our ceremony. If you're reading this, you can stop looking - Hire Connie!

We highly recommend!

We are absolutely over the moon about having Connie as our officiant. She was so wonderful on both of rehearsal and the actual wedding day. She was so flexible, accommodating, professional, and above all kind. She’s an incredibly sweet woman, and we were so happy to have a part of the day. We can’t recommend her enough.

Wonderful!!

Connie was excellent!!! To start she was extremely professional and respectful! She helped us to be fully prepared, letting us know what she needed from us and was available to ask questions whenever we needed. The ceremony was perfection. I had forgotten to provide a microphone for Connie (sorry, again!), but that didn’t stop her. She didn’t hesitate and officiated our ceremony with clarity and ease. We had 100 people on a downtown patio and she was heard by everyone!

We highly recommend Connie! On top of all her qualities as a professional, she’s a genuinely kind person and has a sincere love for love.

A Wonderful Experience

Connie was amazing! We are not a religious couple, and Connie understood that and respected it. She wanted us to have everything the way we wanted it and gave pieces of advice when needed.

She forwarded us her entire script which she gave us full reign to change whatever we wanted. It was really nice to have a base to work off of.

She came to our house to review documents, as well as do our own private rehearsal of just our vows to practice. Which I highly recommend. We didn't want to read our vows but repeat them/memorize. It was beautiful.

We have so many people come to us after the wedding to say what a wonderful job Connie had done.

Connie was perfect!

Lovely officiant

Connie was our officiant and married me and my wife on the 28th July 2023. We had a fantastic experience. From our initial consultation over video chat, we realized that Connie would be a good choice as she was friendly, easy going and adaptable to whatever we wanted to do for our ceremony. While she is religious, we are not, and she respected our wishes for a non religious ceremony. Our ceremony was special as we had readings, wrote our own vows, and even had a dog of honor! Connie offered good advice on the ceremony structure and gave examples of what other couples had done previously. Connie was also extremely organized which helped ease our nerves coming up to the wedding as we knew we were in good hands.
One aspect which I liked is that Connie wanted to meet us in person to get to know us before getting married, where my wife and I had a nice time chatting with Connie and her husband over a beer in their trailer park.
I would strongly recommend Connie for your upcoming wedding.

Our ceremony went exactly as we imagined!

Connie was great. We wanted a very casual wedding, as it was not the first wedding for either of us. Connie gave us exactly what we wanted. She even participated in our theme by dressing the part! She was responsive to our requests and we were so impressed that we requested her for our daughter’s wedding three years later!
