Hearts of Faith is a wedding officiant based in Fergus, Ontario. My name is Connie and I have been a wedding officiant in Ontario since 2013. Bringing couples together in love and marriage is my passion. It brings me sincere joy and pleasure to know I get to be a part of one of life's greatest adventures; marriage. Something I myself have enjoyed with my husband for over 46 years.

Services Offered

Hearts of Faith offers Christian faith, and non-religious ceremonies as well as civil unions, vow renewals, and ceremony rehearsals. I want to know what message you want your beloved guests to receive at your wedding and I will gladly help you to achieve the perfect ceremony. I do have a fantastic wedding order script that any couple can make their own and I am honoured to help you with that. As well, I am happy to help in assisting with your vow writing.

We will work together to create the ceremony of your dreams. Please reach out to me with any inquires and congratulations again on your upcoming nuptials. I also offer counseling before marriage to those interested in it.

Connie is amazing!

Connie was absolutely wonderful to work with. From our very first conversation, she made us feel comfortable and at ease. My partner's family is more religious, while I am not, and Connie did an amazing job helping us create a ceremony that honored both perspectives. She was incredibly easy to talk to and made the entire process collaborative. Together, we co-created a ceremony script that felt personal, authentic, and truly reflected who we are as a couple.

She was also always available by text and responded quickly whenever we had questions, which made the planning process so much easier and less stressful. She even officiated our wedding on her birthday, which meant so much to us and speaks volumes about her dedication and generosity. We couldn't have asked for a better officiant and are so grateful for the care, warmth, and thoughtfulness she brought to our special day.

Best Officiant Ever!

Connie was such a pleasure to work with, she helped us from the planning process right through to the execution. There were many things we hadn't even thought about that Connie was able to guide us through and strategize before the day of. Connie was also extremely flexible as we had to push our ceremony to be 1.5 - 2 hours later on the DAY OF due to the rain! She was more than accommodating with the last-minute change and helped make it a great day for us! We definitely made the right choice!

Great short notice ceremony !

We got in touch with Connie only a few weeks before our wedding ceremony and she was extremely fun and helpful to work with ! She cared to make the ceremony super personalized and was able to provide us with a great initial script that ended up being nearly exactly what we used on the day of.
She helped so much with the overall organization and minute details and everything turned out perfect. Would definitely recommend Connie for anyone looking for a fun, personable and helpful officiant! :)

So Happy!!

Connie was an absolute please to work with! She sent us her officiant speech ahead of time to review and had conversations with us to make the ceremony personal. She was responsive, professional and friendly during all conversations.

The best officiant there is

Connie was everything and more of what we needed as our wedding officiant. As a couple who had no idea what to expect, Connie was very professional and thorough in her work. She takes all of her heart and puts it into her work. She truly cared for us, our families and everyone else involved. She was respectful of the property, very much on time, organized and easy to communicate with. We found her prices to be very reasonable. We would recommend Connie to anyone, and are hopeful that she is there in the future for other members of our family when that time comes. Thank you Connie!

We love Connie!

Connie was so lovely to work with! We had a fairly unconventional service and she was helpful and willing to do everything in just the way we wanted. She was responsive to texts, calls, emails, and meeting in person to discuss was convenient and professional. She is so easy to get along with.
We would definitely recommend Connie for your wedding officiant!

Heartfelt Officiant

Connie was very sweet throughout the while process. I loved how she wanted to personalize the wedding and include inside jokes/stories. She attended out rehearsal with no additional charge which I thought was very sweet. She wanted to ensure the big day went off seamlessly, and it did ❤️

Wedding June 14

Connie was absolutely wonderful! So sweet, with great communication and made us feel completely comfortable during our rehearsal and even more at ease on our wedding day. Being local to our hometown made it feel even more special. Highly recommend!

Thank You, Connie

So happy to have found Connie and have her as our officiant. She was great with communication - very responsive and took initiative in setting up touch point calls. She also did an amazing job in personalizing the script - ensured to include our love story, our parents and the perfect amount / touch of our religion. Lastly, I really appreciated her flexibility as there were times where we ran late and she was very accommodating. Highly would recommend Connie if you’re looking for someone who is professional yet personable as well, someone who will ensure to give you that intimate script.
