  Great experience!

  Vera is very patient, and easy to work with. She definitely knows what she is doing and is great at explaining the process. She answered all our questions and worked with us to make sure what we wanted was incorporated. We would definitely recommend her to any couple looking for an officiant.

  Would highly recommend this lovely woman

  It was a pleasure to have Vera officiate our wedding. Planning a wedding during a pandemic comes with extra stress, and Vera was able to lessen that a little for us. We had great conversations via zoom a few times before the ceremony and she went over everything with us and listened to all our input. The day of our wedding she traveled to a campsite to officiate for us. We are so happy that we choose Vera for our special day!

  Thank you, a thousand times over!

  Vera married my husband and I this June 2020. A wedding is stressful to plan in normal times, let alone COVID times, but Vera was one of the things that went right for us. We interviewed several options for our officiant, but found that we both clicked immediately with Vera. She is extremely easy to talk to, genuine and flexible. Despite COVID, she (safely) met with us at our venue prior to the wedding which meant the world to us. Day of the wedding, she not only acted as our officiant, but also assisted in some of the coordinating pieces in terms of getting the important photos throughout the ceremony and timing of everything. It was raining the day of our wedding, so things were delayed - Vera helped to calm us down and was extremely kind and caring in not rushing her services. She truly cares about your day and your experience - she does not book several weddings in a day so that she can be fully present. We had such a great experience with Vera...I can't even express it...this review is getting far too long, so we just want to extend our thank yous, Vera. We would and are recommending you to everyone we know - thank you so much for adding to our special day!

  Experienced

  Vera officiated our wedding three weeks ago. She was very kind and knowledgeable as she had done hundreds of weddings. During our consultation she provided us with many good options for our ceremony. She came prepared with handouts of the ceremonies and we were able to take them home to review which options we wanted. The rehearsal the night before went very well, she was able to direct and organize the wedding party so we knew where to be and when. She was early for the wedding, and she was able to coordinate with our sound techs and the venue managers which made the ceremony go smooth. We do have to mention she had made some mistakes that were quite embarrassing. My husband uses his middle name Shane day to day and we had mentioned that to her, however she kept using his first name which made the ceremony feel less personal to us, as family and friends know him only by Shane. His legal first name is Steven and she kept saying Steve, never in his life has he used Steve. At one point she went back and forth between the two names making it seem like there was two grooms. Her printed book that she read off of was all written as Shane. There was also mispronunciations of the last name and it was when she announced us as husband and wife. Our last name is Camarillo and she said Carero. The mistakes were pointed out to us by many family and friends who laughed and made us feel embarrassed. They made comments like wow I didn't know you were marrying Steve, or hello Mr and Mrs Carero.
  Besides the mistakes on the names, Vera was great. Just make sure to confirm the names with her day of.
  We did love the keepsake book she made us with our vows written in it. And it was amazing she filed all the paperwork for us and did it within a few days. All these things took so much stress off of us.

  Amazing ceremony

  Vera was incredible.
  We were so pleased with the service she provided. She helped us plan and personalize the ceremony and met with us during the rehearsal to go through exactly what to expect. On the day, everything was seamless and our guests all mentioned how much they liked what she had said and done throughout the ceremony. We would certainly recommend Vera

  Amazing in every way!

  Vera did a wonderful job with our ceremony. She sat down with us and listened, offered her recommendations and then put a beautiful piece together she had customized just for us. Our wedding guests thought she was lovely, and everyone enjoyed the ceremony. Her responsiveness and flexibility on the wedding date was also very much appreciated, as we held an outdoor ceremony, and were advised to get started an hour earlier than scheduled due to the possibility of rain. When we called her on short notice, she jumped into action and was able to start an hour earlier than scheduled and we avoided the rain. We highly recommend Vera.

  We were very Happy

  We had a great experience with Vera. She was very professional and friendly and did a great job on our ceremony. She had many ceremony options for us to choose from and was also very flexible, adding and taking out things at our request. Lastly, she one of the less expensive options that we looked at and at no time did I think we sacrificed quality. I would highly recommend her.

  Perfect celebrant for our day!

  We met with Vera before the wedding and I knew she was a perfect fit for us. She was lovely and down to earth which my husband and I are. The ceremony was so beautiful and the extra touches she recommended were lovely. Everyone at the wedding commented on how special it was. Thank you Vera for being so lovely and helping us so much on our special day!

  Vera was an amazing person to work with around our wedding. She went up and beyond expected. An hour drive which took 4 hours due to weather, but she still made it to perform our service. Thank you Vera, I would recommend anyone getting married to have Vera perform it, she is an amazing person who does the job she stated she would do. Thank you once again Vera for everything you have done.
