We booked Colin in July 2025 for our October 2026 wedding. In July 2026 (a year after booking him) we reached out to Colin via email with some ideas we had for our upcoming wedding. Weeks went by without a response so we sent a follow up email. He eventually responded and informed us that another couple who had booked him before us had moved their wedding to our date, and as a result, he would be cancelling our booking to continue working with them.
Although he was apologetic and sent us back our deposit, we believe that once a vendor commits to a wedding date, that commitment should be honoured. Not to mention, if we hadn’t emailed him first, when was he going to tell us? We were left feeling stressed with less than 3 months until our wedding.
He did however give us contact information for 2 other sax players, but one was unavailable and the other didn’t seem to have much experience/ content to show off his skills, so we were left to find someone new on our own.
I hate writing negative reviews but I wanted to make others aware that your booking may not be as secure as you expect, even with a signed contract. -

Colin was exactly what your wedding needs, his talent on the sax was breathtaking! He had my entire wedding engaged and entertained that people were surprised when their food came out as they had been having so much fun listening and singing along to his great playlist. He really elevated our wedding to a level of excellence we didn’t think we would have been able to achieve. His cocktail hour performance was so relaxing and inviting, his transitions were smooth and he even was able to accompany myself singing a song to my husband unrehearsed without a fault. I cannot express how happy we were with his service, when any friend or family member mentions our wedding Colin will be the highlight eveyone is talking about. He is seriously worth more than he charges I couldn’t have imagined our wedding night without him there truely amazing, thankyou Colin ❤️ -

Excellent addition to our vendor team
Colin was great! He’s extremely talented and was so easy to communicate with. Our guests loved the special touch having a live saxophone player added. We heard nothing but great things from everyone about how cool it was to have Colin there. Highly recommend!! -

My fiancee had our wedding two days ago, and one of our first 'post wedding' tasks was to write a review for Colin. He was tremendous and a huge hit among all our guests, Colin responded quickly, is very talented, flexible and made it a great experience for both of us and our guests. We couldnt endorse him more for anyone looking for a saxophone player for their wedding. Four thumbs up. -

Colin played during our reception alongside our DJ and completely elevated the vibe our night! He has incredible talent and was able to play to just about anything. Our guests loved him and I am so happy that he was able to be part of our day. Definitely recommend!! -
