Services Offered
Weddings are special in their entirety, but there are some moments that stand out above others. The reception party is one of the main highlights. It brings everyone together to enjoy each other’s company as the mingling, dancing, and festivities take centre stage. Big Louie & The Band can perform songs from across a variety of genres, including dance, classic rock, pop, motown, and top 40. Their ultimate goal is to get people on the dance floor, and they can add to the ambience with lighting, disco balls, fog, and more. They provide their own sound systems and microphones, so they are ready to perform after they arrive and get set up. Among the instruments they can play include the piano, saxophone, guitar, trumpet, and they can also provide memorable vocal displays. In addition to their main duties, they can also play for the newlyweds’ first dance, throughout the night, for the cocktail hour, or during breaks. Their willingness to learn new songs means they can give your special song a bespoke rendition, and they can also perform MC duties.

The founding member, bassist & vocalist of “Big Louie & The Band”, has been performing for more than 35 years throughout Ontario & Michigan. Louis prides himself on singing & playing all styles of music from Bocelli to Bon Jovi. Honoured to be performing with some of Windsor’s finest professional musicians, “Big Louie” looks forward to playing your next event!
Alysia has been singing for over 20 years. She played several leading roles in local community theatre, including Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady and Demeter in CATS. After winning vocal competitions across Windsor-Essex, she moved to Toronto to train with vocal coach legend Elaine Overholt, who has coached stars such as John Travolta, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Shawn Mendes.
Alysia earned the spot as Lead Vocalist for Norwegian Creative Studios where she travelled and sang across the world on board cruise ships and most recently toured all of Michigan.
Paul began his musical career touring with his first band at the age of 18. In his 35 years of performance experience as a drummer & vocalist, he has appeared in all types of venues, including nightclubs, private, corporate & fundraising events. On any given night, his set lists can range from singing the spectrum of genres from Italian traditional to classic rock to Michael Buble to the Rolling Stones.
