We hired Amati Music for my father's celebration of life and it was the best decision we could have made. Christine and Jamie's cello/guitar duo provided such beautiful and meaningful music during the service and the audience was incredibly moved by it. Christine was wonderful to work with in the planning process and helped to shape the event program with me over a few phone calls. Amati Music was extremely responsive and professional and I would absolutely not hesitate to hire them again!Amati Music's reply:

Amati music played for our wedding ceremony this summer and we cannot recommend them enough! We had a wonderful time working with Christine who is so kind and professional. The music that they played was absolutely beautiful and all of our guests were blown away by how incredible they were and how much the songs added to the ambiance of the day. We had two instruments at out wedding ceremony and it was so beautiful. I have very impressed with the talent of these artists and overall very happy that we booked this vendor.
The owner was a bit unprofessional and left a very unsavory taste in our mouths. She was unprepared, lazy and rude in the final week of planning. But the ceremony music turned out perfect anyway.Amati Music's reply:

Regarding your feedback, we apologise if our attention to detail, such as confirming the venue location address at your acreage, and the small outdoor shelter, caused any inconvenience. We noticed that this information wasn't provided in your final itinerary document. We understand the many responsibilities couples manage during wedding planning and it's precisely why we double-check everything! Unfortunately, it seems this process unexpectedly upset and irritated you, which isn't typical of our client interactions at all!
As a gesture of goodwill, we promptly offered a full refund of your deposit to provide you the flexibility to choose another group if you so wished. Our intention is to always maintain a respectful and professional relationship for both our musicians and our clients.

We absolutely had an amazing experience with Amati music and Christine. The music was beautiful and I honestly had no idea what music to use, so she had planned it all. It ended up being perfect and so many of our guests had complimented on how amazing the music was.
