I hired Satine's Studio for getting my bridal party prepared for an early start for our wedding day. Satine was very flexible in her timing and was prepared to get everyone ready. Though some minor delays happened throughout the day, the ladies came out looking amazing and ready to take on a busy day.

I was a little picky during my wedding day but she did an amazing job making sure everything was to my liking and everything lasted all night! She also gave me a mini touch up kit that was so helpful for the rest of the day and at the end of the night. :) Also, she had a team of 3 she brought for my bridesmaids and mothers makeup and hair and everyone loved what they did as well!

Absolute magician with makeup. I normally don’t wear makeup so it was lovely having a professional like Satine work on a look that was optimized for the cameras. About a month before the wedding you’ll have a consultation with her about the makeup style you’re looking for and hair. By then she was able to tell me what my to-dos were (I needed to get a cut and highlights to have the hair pattern show). The day of session with her is about 2.5 hours and it really takes that long as she carefully puts on every layer of makeup meticulously. Really loved my look for the day and if you’re not going through super hot months, you won’t need a separate touch up session in the evening.

Satine did a fantastic job with makeup for our family. She was quick to respond to emails, flexible, arrived early the day of the wedding and is very skilled and knowledgeable with makeup. Her style is very unique - beautiful without being too dramatic or over the top. We were thrilled with her work and highly recommend her.

I had several recommendations from friends for my makeup artist, but was not satisfied with the portfolio I’ve seen. Hence, I searched via weddingwire and found Satine. The make up she did was the closest to what I wanted for the wedding, not too heavy and soft make up. It was excellent. I quickly booked her without doing trial. Well, also because I wasn’t in the country. But i was confident enough that she will be perfect for my day. So, as I travelled back to the country, I quickly made reservation with her to do basically our final trial before the big day. I had sent some pictures of the hairstyle and makeup style that I like and she was able to deliver it perfectly' with a bit more extra hint of her own style, which, I loved it!
the makeup products she used were very good as well, as my skins get irritation easily, it was perfectly fine the next day even after having the full makeup on the day before. It didn’t wear out much also, as I was photoshooting under the light rain and with a bit of crying during the ceremony. Everything stays the way they are. I’m glad I trusted my instinct and found Satine to be my big day make up artist. Thank you so much for beautifying me on my special day!

Amazing bridal hair and make up that lasted all day. I had a large and very diverse wedding party, and Satine's team did a beautiful job on all of them. Satine and her team did an amazing job on my wedding day! They came early to set up in whatever space we had in our tiny condo, and was able to whip up some magic! In about 2.5 hours they dolled up 1 bride, 3 bridesmaids, and 1 MOB! They listened to what we wanted, but also gave us really good suggestions to make sure everything would last through a cold and rainy day. My makeup was natural and glowy; got so many compliments on it!

As I was researching hair & makeup artists, all of my friends who had gone through the process said I had to look into Satine! They told me she was the best at makeup for Asian girls, and they were so right! Looking at all the pictures she had posted, there wasn't a single look I didn't like! Contacting Satine was also super easy - she was one of the most responsive vendors I worked with! She was also flexible and accommodating when I asked if I could add my mother-in-law after I had already signed the contract. I appreciated her honesty when she said she wouldn't be able to do it due to limited time, but when I asked again after trying to find another artist to do makeup for only one individual with no luck, she agreed to bring another assistant with her in order to accommodate my MIL! I was super grateful for what she did.
I was very happy with my trial, and she gave me tips on how to have my hair cut in order to better achieve the look I wanted. On the day of, my makeup and hair stayed all day and I loved the little touch-up kit she gave me which was super handy (especially the extra lipstick for touching up after eating). I also loved that she was very prompt and arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time so she could set up, and finished exactly when she said she would! There were no delays at all! When she came back for my hair change & makeup change at night, she was also very prompt and overall I loved the looks she created for me! Being able to rent hair accessories from her was also a big bonus - since these are items I wouldn't use again!
