I had booked Katrina for my wedding. She lives about 1km away from me. I got the most expensive package plus added on a trial makeup and hair. I can’t speak about her with anyone else this is just my experience, it was horrible. I showed up at her house as agreed her little son answered the door she forgot about the appointment. She rushed through my make up. I told her in all of our communication my skin is very dry. She suggested air brushing I don’t wear face makeup. I had to trust she knows as a professional. It looked terrible. She put on my lashes and air brushed the face makeup. It was in my hair lashes etc. my makeup was not blended. I felt terrible and very upset but I’m in her home with other people including her husband. As a professional she should have seen the makeup and said I’m sorry this looks bad can you come another day? Nothing. I was out the 200$ down payment. I ended up doing my own make up. If I can add photos no one would say this is a professional. My hair looked like a 90s bad hair prom look. Hard to the touch. I don’t know if my skin tone was darker for her or that she’s not used to dry skin but she should have been honest with me. She didn’t care. This was in May. End of August the day before my wedding she messaged me. I was shocked she still thought I wanted her to still do my makeup?!?!
