Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience with Sylvia. We booked 5 girls for makeup for a wedding and she was prompt in her communication, punctual and professional. She comes with a professional set up — chair, lighting and her makeup case.
The makeup and her artistry was spectacular. I loved that she mixed my perfect foundation tone on the spot, listened to what I wanted and executed, and when she said it would last all day— she was not playing! My makeup stayed put through hot humid weather, crying, dancing.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable, talented GTA make up artist. Thanks Sylvia!!makeupwithsylvia's reply:

Sylvia was my makeup artist for my wedding day and after not having a trial with her before my big day, I was a little nervous. I checked out her Instagram prior to and immediately felt relief just by seeing her work.
From the moment I met her the morning of the wedding, she was so warm, easy going and genuine, we clicked right away (nothing like getting your makeup done and it being awkward the whole time lol)
Her makeup kit was stunning— as a fellow makeup lover, she uses top brands, her kit is clean & sterile, and she followed my inspiration photo exactly.
Sylvia, thank you so so much for putting me at ease the moment I met you, and making me feel like the most beautiful bride on my big day.

Sylvia was fantastic! Not only did she help me out so last minute, but she made me feel so beautiful inside and out! During the whole service she was so warm and welcoming and made the whole experience a dream! Sylvia is AMAZING!!! From the moment we started messaging, she has been super helpful and friendly. She was quick to respond and was able to book me in for a trial right away.
I was just blown away by how talented she is, she made me feel more beautiful than I have ever felt and I couldn’t have been happier with the results!

I originally hired a different artist, and after 2 trials I felt like they weren’t getting the vibe I was going for.
After a long search for a new artist, Sylvia came up in my instagram and I immediately messaged her after seeing her work.
Through messages she was extremely kind, she reassured me that some areas I was worried about wouldn’t be an issue, and she was very quick to reply. I really appreciated her quick response time!
After having my trial with her, she carried the same level of professionalism, quickness, and kindness into our appointment. AND skill! She literally transformed my face. Going out Makeup
I was going out for a girls night on the town and Sylvia was just the right person for this! I usually don’t step out of my comfort zone with a bold look like this, but Sylvia was reassuring that it would look amazing and it was perfect! Amazing Makeup for Prom & Graduation
I absolutely loved my experience with makeupwithsylvia. She did my makeup for prom, which is such an important and memorable night, and I fully trusted her with my look. She also had a prom special that made her services more accessible for high school students during prom season, which I really appreciated.
She was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the appointment. Everything was very clean and hygienic, and she carefully sanitized her tools and products between use. She also used high-end luxury beauty products, and the quality truly showed in the final result.
I wear makeup regularly myself, but having Sylvia do it professionally completely elevated my look. At prom, so many people asked who did my makeup and complimented how amazing it looked. I loved it so much that I booked her again a few weeks later for my graduation makeup.

Sylvia’s professionalism and skill was beyond amazing. Weddings are once in a lifetime, monumental ordeals and you want to look your best. Sylvia’s makeup skill is like artwork. She made me, and my wedding party look superior and sexy. I had a few make up trials with other beauticians and Sylvia was the one by a long shot! Sylvia is friendly, punctual, caring, observant and focused on my needs and desires. I couldn’t have asked for a better make up artist for the most special day of my life. Highly Recommend!
