It was a NIGHTMARE dealing with Zaniffa. She takes your money & then changes your agreement with no offer to return your deposits. I booked her for my son's wedding hair & makeup. I told her I wanted a trial so we can go over everything well in advance... this was NOT FREE!!! The only reason I had the trial is to meet the artist & go over all issues so no time is wasted on the wedding day. She then had to cancel & book me with new artist for both trial & wedding day... some lie she was going out of town... still hasn't shown me any proof... my option is that she booked a more lucrative booking and just dumped me off to another artist. I wanted my money back but this was not an option... she booked my trial & wedding day with Jas.
Two weeks before the wedding I asked if Jas can show up at 6:30 am instead of 7 am. All of a sudden Jas is no longer available as she can't start earlier... what time was your earlier booking 3 am?!? I quickly told her to go back to the original 7 am and she is still NOT AVAILABLE... OBVIOUSLY JAS ALSO TOOK A MORE LUCATRATIVE BOOKING AND JUST DUMPED ME IN THE TRASH!!!
Zaniffa then passed my on to another random artist who I never met... which defeated the whole purpose for paying for a trial!!! I was upset & in tears!!! Zaniffa tried to reassure me that she only deals with the BEST makeup artists & that the new artist was better than Jas... she told me she would go over everything with her prior to the wedding. At this point I HAD NO CHOICE... I WAS BETWEEN A ROCK & A HARD PLACE AND HAD TO ACCEPT THIS NEW ARTIST.
The new artist showed up on the wedding day and had not discussions with Zaniffa... if fact she has never met Zaniffa & this is the first time working with her... ZANIFFA LIES LIES LIES!!! She never talked to Zaniffa and the only info she has is the makeup & hair info I sent her. I HAD TO CHOICE AND WAS VERY UPSET ON THE DAY OF MY SON'S WEDDING!!!
Makeup took way too long as we had to deal with "trial" issues on the wedding day.... and it was not as I requested!!! My hair was not as I wanted and she did not put enough pins... even with the additional pins i asked her to put in my hair, my hair was falling down all evening... constantly trying to repin!!!
As a result, I was rushing and late getting dressed! I missed all the photos with my son & his groomsmen! I basically had to run down the stairs to make it on time for my photos with my son & family... I actually had no time to touch up my makeup/lipstick (new makeup artist didn't even supply lipstick for touch up) or look at my hair before running down the stairs... IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!
ZANIFFA LIES, MANIPULATES, BREAKS YOUR AGREEMENT/CONTRACT, DOES NOT RESPECT YOU & YOUR REQUESTS, AND WILL NOT OFFEER ANY REFUND IF YOU DECIDE YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH ALL HER DISHONESTY!!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR... IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE HONEST ARTIST MAKING YOUR DAY RELAXING, POSITIVE, HAPPY & ENSURE YOU GET THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME AND HAPPIEST EXPERIENCE THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER... THEN DON'T BOOK ZANIFFA!!! -

I had the pleasure of having my makeup done by her for my wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process, which helped make my wedding day stress-free.
The quality of her work was outstanding—my makeup looked flawless, lasted all day, and photographed beautifully. She took the time to understand the look I wanted and executed it perfectly. I received so many compliments on my makeup, and I felt confident and beautiful all day long.
I would highly recommend her to any bride or anyone looking for a talented and reliable makeup artist!

Zaniffa was amazing! She was very responsive, was able to fit me in with short notice, and accommodated my budget.
Not to mention, she helped accentuate my natural beauty and made me feel so pretty on my wedding day 💜

Zaniffa was responsive will all my emails and texts. She was early for my wedding day and fully prepared. She's a great listener and heard everything I was describing in the look I wanted. She managed her time very well between myself and my bridesmaids. She brings years of experience to her job, knowing your skin type and the weather, she'll prepare you for anything.
I would highly recommend Zaniffa! -

Couldn't be happier with the end result!
I found Zaniffa through wedding wire. We instantly hit it ott through her consistent communication with me, she's so easy to talk to. Although she could not possibly be my MUA of the day due to previously booked engagement with another bride, she sent me her best associate, Hunar who took care of me and as it turned out Hunar is a darling and is amazing at what she does. As for Zaniffa, she takes her time to get to know me and what my preferences are with regards to the service. She made things super easy and had given me peace of mind leading to my big day. I had an anxiety-free day because of Zaniffa's reassurance. She promised and she delivered! Nothing else gives you more self-confidence on your wedding day than having a stunning .make up! Absolutely amazing service! I highly recommend her for your big day! -

Zaniffa was beyond amazing on our big day. She was perfectly punctual, hardworking, kind and very accommodating. I’m honestly so happy with her work! She suggested the appropriate products for my skin type undertones and perfectly matched my foundation to my skin type, texture and colour especially with my spray tan since I had to even out my skin tone due to my outdoor work environment and having a strapless dress. She is beyond kind and very personable and funny my mother in law and sister in law also found her hilarious and very kind. It was hard to find a makeup artist who was experienced in doing the kind of full glam I was looking for and Zaniffa hit the mark. After reaching out to many makeup artists who did not respond or ghosted me after chatting about my needs for two separate locations Zaniffa was up to the task and was highly accommodating and kind. She will definitely get along with anyone and took the time to call me multiple times before the big day to discuss skincare and hair prep as well as my preferences for the big day. Aditionally, The makeup was high end and she ensured to use brands that withstood sweat, dancing and the entire outdoor ceremony- I swear it didn’t budge- I kept getting many compliments on her work throughout the night and she even tailored the colours etc letting me choose and change what we were doing and what I know suits my face the best. She made the trek of two hours getting up at close to three am to make it to two separate houses- my mother in laws to do my MIL makeup and hair as well as my sister in laws hair- then coming to my house (10min drive) to do my hair and makeup as well as my moms makeup. Additionally my hair, done by her associate hair stylist was perfect and stayed put the whole night even though curls and slick back hair normally doesn’t last on me- it did this time! I was amazed. I genuinely think that Zaniffa puts so much care and effort into her practice and is an extremely kind and empathetic woman who would bring the right energy to anyone’s big day. Overall I appreciate all of her work and highly recommend her for bridal and special events- the hair and makeup stick the whole day from 12:00 pm to 1:00am not even sweating through any of it! Thank you Zaniffa for making me comfortable and being so kind and flexible in your practice. All the best to you in your future endeavours! -

Zaniffa not only saved me from having to deal with my not so professional venues lack of attention to detail. She also brought an amazing and comforting level of professionalism that made me calm and confident. It doesn't hurt that I looked amazing when she was done with me. Zaniffa did my makeup, my MOH and my moms. All three of us had different skin types face shapes and complexion. My makeup lasted all night and I was dancing my butt off and sweating all night. If I get rich I will have her on retainer. -

Great choice
Zaniffa was amazing and able to do my makeup and my aunt and grandmother. She was open to ideas and I loved how everything looked. It was great to find someone trust worthy especially since this wedding I was apart of was out the country. -

Zaniffa was very responsive, very professional, she and her team did a great job on me and my bridesmaids. And she also travels abroad. We were all very happy with her services. Also very personable and easy to talk to -
