Wow, there are no words to describe how happy I am to have been able to book with Beyoutiful Artists. I booked their services for my wedding day and Diandra was a wizard in getting all our our hair done (7 women). As the bride, I was nervous about how my hair would look on the wedding day but I was thrilled with how it turned out. Diandra was amazing at ensuring I was totally comfortable and happy with how it looked. Shauna does stunning work! I loved my makeup and it looked wonderful in the photos. We had so much fun working with these girls and would highly recommend their services. Their customer service and professionalism is off the charts fantastic! -

I loved how personal it felt for myself & my bridal party. We all got ready together at a rented Airbnb. The girls showed up right on time! We had 1 girl for hair and another girl for makeup! Both were professional and listened to what the girls wanted to try. Timing went perfectly. The morning turned out great!
Our hair and makeup held strong all day too! Loved it! -

They told us that it would be 6 hours for 5 bridesmaids hair and make up and 1 bridal make up. After 2.5 hours they were done and out . Showed up at 10 am when our ceremony was at 4:30.
We didn’t have photos or anything in between and so my mother had to redo everyone’s hair because they were all fallen out by the time it was 1:30.
Also they Sykes were a couple curls them in a pony.
Make up was great till it came to the bride. Had to wipe it off and get a friend to re do it all!
Paid 500 deposits and was quoted 1223.55 then got a bill for 1650. On top of the 500!

I am not able to understand the true issue here because you won't answer my emails, text or call.
I know you are unhappy about the balance as you have ignored any attempt to connect and have yet to pay for the 2 additional ladies' hair and makeup that were added during services. Cost of services were transparent, available online, communicated to you directly and in our contract... (attached) The additional cost from original quote is reflective of the addtional services.
Photos from social media have shown all bridesmaid updos intact and as they were upon our departure...
Our email correspondence (attached) clearly shows the minimum time needed bridesmaid hair and makeup services and bridal makeup only. Our contract stated you needed to be ready by 1pm (attached) and it was never communicated to us that you wished us to come later.
All hair was securely fastened and done by the owner and stylist who has specialized in bridal for 12 years, keeping in mind that there was a heat wave and dancing to be had. I encouraged updos and chose styles I know have longevity and locked all pins and reinforced with clear elastics when possible. Like anyone with specialized experience, we have gained efficiency and technique for long lasting styles.
Shauna, makeup artist, has 10 years experience in the Okanagan wedding industry, works in film and placed top three for makeup artistry in Kelowna. She uses professional grade products to prep and set the skin/makeup to ensure a long lasting makeup application. She has done over 300 weddings with me with no concern.
Truthfully, it was a challenge to get any information from you and although we had you penciled in and gave several email reminders, it took from February 8th to July 12th (18 days prior to the wedding day) to finalize your booking and receive your contract with details.
It was clear to us upon arrival there were some things not going as planned - 37 degree heat wave, not having AC in your wedding venue or airbnb, marriage certificate going missing and another change in ceremony time - we attempted to lighten the mood and prioritize your immediate hurdles that morning, waited to start services until girls could be ready with dry hair and did your makeup last to be freshest.
I am sorry you are feeling unhappy and wish you had expressed concerns to me directly and reasonably so we could have come to some understanding and resolution.

Diandra and Sarah did an amazing job with my wedding hair and makeup! They were extremely professional, friendly, and did exactly what I wanted! I felt beautiful! My hair is not easy to work with, and usually only lasts a couple of hours when I curl it, but it lasted the entire day, and a night full of dancing. My bridesmaids all looked absolutely gorgeous as well. I highly recommend Beyoutiful Artists.Beyoutiful Beauty Artists's reply:

Amazing experience working with Diandra and Shauna! Not only were they understanding and flexible with postponing a year due to covid, they managed to get 10 girls hair and makeup done in a very short amount of time! Every single one of the girls in my bridal party commented on how amazing these two were, both in talent and personality, and that they were happy to make the small tweaks and changes everyone asked for in order to feel beautiful on the day! Everyone's hair and makeup lasted throughout a ton of tears, a day of heat and rain, and a ton of dancing! I even got champagne sprayed straight into the eye, teared for a solid 5 minutes, was so sure when I looked in the mirror that all of Shauna's work would be ruined, but was so so happy to see that it was as if nothing happened - the makeup didn't budge a milimeter! And everyone commented on how my hair looked the same after a night full of dancing as it did first thing in the morning! Would absolutely recommend these two for any event! -

Diandra and her team were so wonderful to have helping us get ready for the big day!! I had quite a large group of ladies and they did a fabulous job with everyone’s hair. They were organized, clean, and had great ideas for style suggestions!! Everyone’s hair looked great for the entire day, even after dancing the night away. I hired Diandra and her team to take away the stress of having to do your own hair and make up on my wedding day. Diandra was wonderful to work with! Quick to respond, reliable, and accommodated my requests. Being from Edmonton AB, with my wedding in West Kelowna, she even managed to line up my trial two days before my wedding so I could be dolled up for my wine tasting stagette! Our hair stayed in place, make up didn't run and the ladies were lovely to work with!
