  Un service incroyabe ❤️

  Je tiens à partager mon expérience incroyable avec l’Atelier Eva Blanca lors de mon mariage. J’avais besoin d’un service de maquillage et coiffure sur place, et leur équipe a véritablement dépassé toutes mes attentes.
  
  Ils se sont déplacés à Charlevoix pour moi et mes neuf demoiselles d’honneur. Dès leur arrivée, l’atmosphère était détendue et joyeuse. Les artistes étaient non seulement professionnels, mais ils ont également su capter exactement le look que chacune d’entre nous souhaitait.
  
  J’avais choisi l’Atelier Eva Blanca sur les recommandations de deux amies mariées, et je suis tellement reconnaissante d’avoir suivi leurs conseils. Un point fort de cette expérience a été la présence de Katherine, la propriétaire. Elle a été généreuse de son temps et s'est montrée incroyablement disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions et besoins. Son attention aux détails a vraiment fait la différence.
  
  Mon maquillage a tenu toute la journée et reflétait parfaitement ma personnalité, tandis que mes cheveux étaient coiffés avec soin et élégance. J’ai reçu des compliments tout au long de la journée !
  
  Ce que j’ai vraiment apprécié, c’est la manière dont l’équipe a créé un environnement convivial et chaleureux. Chaque fille se sentait belle et à l’aise, ce qui a rendu cette expérience encore plus spéciale.
  
  Je recommande vivement l’Atelier Eva Blanca à toutes les futures mariées. Grâce à eux, j’ai eu le look parfait pour mon grand jour, et je n’aurais pas pu être plus satisfaite!

  I booked Eva Blanca over a year ago and Katherine has been an amazing vendor to work with. From the begining, she took care of us from the booking to the trial to the wedding day.
  
  I cannot rave enough about how beautiful the bridesmaid and I felt all day.

  Beautiful styles, and so easy to work with!

  I really enjoyed having stylists of Atelier Eva Blanca on my wedding day. The hair and makeup done for myself and my bridesmaids was absolutely beautiful - I had a vision of natural, breezy, and dewy, and they nailed it. Additionally, they were flexible to a few last minute changes and very responsive. Highly recomend!

  I can't express how thrilled I am with the services from Atelier Eva Blanca! As a bride, I had so many details to consider, but Kat and her team made hair and makeup one of the easiest parts of my wedding. I didn’t have to worry about a thing—I felt completely taken care of.
  
  Having them on-site created such a relaxed vibe, and it was wonderful to share the morning with them.
  
  From the very first consultation, Kat the owner, took the time to understand my vision and preferences. On the big day, she arrived on time, fully prepared, and brought a calm, cheerful energy that set the tone for the entire morning.
  
  My hair and makeup turned out absolutely stunning! I felt like the best version of myself—flawless yet natural.
  
  The team was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect.
  
  They also worked seamlessly with my bridesmaids, who were equally impressed with their looks. I received countless compliments throughout the day, and my makeup lasted from the ceremony to the last dance.

  À éviter à tout prix

  J’ai choisi Eva Blanca après avoir lu quelques commentaires, et il s’agit de la pire décision de tout mon mariage. Ce n’est pas mon genre d’écrire un commentaire négatif, mais j’estime ceci nécessaire pour éviter une autre mariée vive une situation aussi déplaisante que la mienne.
  
  Katherine, la propriétaire, a carrément gâché le matin de mon mariage. Elle ne tient clairement qu’à son argent: le professionnalisme et l’empathie ne fait pas partie de son vocabulaire.
  
  Katherine m’a mis énormément de pression pour que je paie l’ensemble du contrat (plusieurs milliers de dollars) à plus de 6 mois de mon mariage, sous prétexte que j’allais ainsi sauver de l’argent, car les prix devaient augmenter en 2024. Étrangement, j’ai ajouté une demoiselle d’honneur en 2024, et le prix était le même…Demander le paiement de l’ensemble du montant d’un coup est totalement “off market”, en plus d’obliger les mariées à conserver leur contrat suite à l’essai. En effet, elle n’était disponible qu’en février 2024 pour mon essai. À ce moment, j’étais à l’extérieur de la fenêtre d’annulation du contrat. N’ayant pas aimé mon maquillage au moment de l’essai, j’ai été coincé à garder mon contrat quand même. Il est complètement inapproprié d’empêcher une mariée d’annuler son contrat (à plusieurs mois du mariage) après qu’elle n’ait pas aimé son essai. Je peux comprendre qu’une annulation de dernière minute soit problématique, mais j’ai personnellement tenté d’annuler tout de suite après mon essai de février, alors que mon mariage était en mai. Elle n’a eu aucune flexibilité.
  
  J’ai donc décidé de prendre une autre maquilleuse pour moi. Elle est tout de même venue pour maquiller le bridal party, car je ne voulais pas perdre plusieurs milliers de dollars. Mes demoiselles d’honneur l’ont trouvée bête et pas professionnelle, en plus de détester le maquillage effectué.
  
  De manière plus importante, malgré le fait que j’avais réservé pour 9 personnes (cheveux ET maquillage), et que j’avais payé en avance, elle m’a littéralement harcelée le matin du mariage en me disant que je lui devais de l’argent. C’est complètement inapproprié de venir voir la mariée, à l’autre bout de la suite, pour lui indiquer qu’elle n’aurait pas payé pour un maquillage (ce qui est faux en passant. Je lui ai payé pour qu’elle me laisse tranquille, mais même à ce jour, elle prétend que je ne lui ai pas payé un maquillage). J’ai payé plusieurs milliers de dollars à cette femme, et elle trouve le moyen de venir me voir le matin de mon mariage pour m’énerver pour 125$ (qui, je le répète, avait été payé). J’ai passé 1 heure à chercher mes courriels et à faire le décompte pour lui prouver que je lui devais rien. Le matin de mon mariage. Il s’agit d’un moment déjà très stressant; rajouter ceci dans l’équation a grandement terni un matin qui aurait du être mémorable. 3 mois après mon mariage, je suis encore amère de toute mon expérience avec elle. Avec égards, ça prend une personne méchante, ingrate et déraisonnable pour être aussi insistante et non professionnelle avec une femme le jour de son mariage.
  
  Mon seul regret de mon mariage est d’avoir fait affaires avec Atelier Eva Blanca. Si vous voulez un beau mariage, calme et doux, restez loin d’elle.

  High quality service!

  I organized my wedding from abroad, which led to a lot of stress. Katherine was very professional, reassuring and helpful. I was able to communicate with the artists (hair dresser and make up) before on the phone. And on D day the result was just stunning, hight quality hair styling and make up. My husband cried when seeing me :-)

  I had such a fun morning getting ready with my bridesmaids and getting our hair & makeup done for my wedding. Katherine was responsive and accommodating :) The artists were very professional, respected the time and we were all done getting glammed up on time! Genn was especially so great with my makeup - I don't usually wear too much makeup and was originally worried I would have a hard time loving a makeup look, but I fell in love with the look Genn put together at the trial and the wedding!
