Even when we had to get my groom's ring resized, they have a 1-year, 1-time free resizing policy. So they paid for all the shipping costs and tracking costs to have the ring sent back to their jewellers, resized, shipped back, and ensured the resized ring was excatly what we wanted. :) They're a 10/10 and we will be buying from them again.

I was excited to get a personal engagement ring. Less than two months after my engagement, one of the diamonds fell off. Ritani repaired the ring at no cost to me. However, 5 months another diamond fell off. In less than a year 2 incidents of diamonds falling off. After spending almost 6 k on a ring, I expected a better quality.

I love my rings. They are so beautiful and fast to clean and set to meet our deadline.
