Avoid Paris Jewelers. I purchased a gold bracelet. I was shocked to see that the bracelet is paper thin. I can’t emphasize enough how flimsy it is.
This poor design is not conducive for daily wear. In fact, the jewel was damaged upon first wear and Paris jewelry would not take it back even though
It was within their advertised return policy. Friend of ours had a similar experience. They do not honour their return policy. Their customer service is atrocious
passing the buck from one manager to another. They do not support their bad designs and customer satisfaction is not their priority.
Edmonton store in Londonderry mall with their manager and the regional manager have no appetite for supporting their customers.

I love my ring! They were easy to work with and not pushy, I ended up with something I wouldn't have expected but I absolutely love it. They were welcoming and kind, my ring was sized in a timely manner! -

Jewelry is very low quality for the price, deceptive product photos
Avoid Paris Jewellers. I purchased a gold band from their website. I was shocked when it arrived to see that the ring is paper thin. I can’t emphasize enough how flimsy it is. There’s no chance of the ring standing up to normal wear. Further, it was at least a half size smaller than standard. I had my finger sized at a local jeweler before ordering, and the ring I received won’t fit on the finger I intended to wear it on. Customer service refuses to acknowledge the issues and is offering only store credit, as well I would have to ship the ring back at my expense. They also screen bad reviews from being posted on their website.
I’ve included a photo to show how much they skimped on the gold to make this ring, next to my size 3.5 wedding set for scale. -

The sales associate was encouraging but not pushy, and my husband and I ended up with a pair of rings that suit us so well. I love my delicate band of diamonds as it compliments my solitaire engagement ring so well. I just love looking at them. It makes me feel complete. -

Our rings were beautiful! We sent them for sizing about a month before the wedding and they were back very quickly we were told up to 2 weeks and they were back in days! -
