They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and make stunning custom jewelry. My husband went to several other jewlers who weren’t able to match the quality or design of what he wanted to create. Alexis Gallery was able to make the perfect engagement ring and we also got our wedding rings from them. So happy. Highly recommend.

Amazing from beginning to end
The whole team at Alexis Gallery is incredibly helpful, friendly, and talented at what they do. My then boyfriend and I designed my engagement ring together and Amanda guided us through the process. Even though it was during lock down and everything was done over zoom and email, we had no issues visualizing the final ring as Amanda was detailed and thorough. When it came time to pick our wedding bands, Rachel gave great recommendations and feedback as we tried on different rings. Finally, when we picked up our finished bands, Jacinthe was amicable and patiently explained care tips to us. We were constantly kept in the loop through email and we never felt like we had to "chase" for updates. Each of our rings are beautiful, special, sturdy, and sparkly ✨ Choosing Alexis Gallery gave us an easy, stress-free experience and I can't recommend them enough! Thank you for everything!

The engagement ring process with Alexis Gallery was a simple and enjoyable process! Alexis walked my fiance and I through the whole process, and helped us to design every detail of the ring using my Pinterest board as inspiration. Alexis and her team brought my vision to life beautifully - the ring is even more stunning than I could have ever imagined!

White-Glove Custom Design, with a Smile
When my (now) fiancee told me she wanted me to use a tanzanite for her engagement ring, I knew I was going to need some help. Where do you even find a piece of tanzanite, let alone someone comfortable using one in a custom design?
I found Alexis at a wedding show and through the endorsement of a friend. From our first conversation about design, Alexis knew exactly what working with tanzanite would involve and had a way to get them. She also understood my design goals - unusual, whimsical, vibrant, striking, but also timeless. Our initial call settled the basic elements of the design and left me feeling confident and excited to get to work.
When we met in person, Alexis brought five tanzanites of various qualities and cuts and a collection of accent diamonds and sapphires so that I could choose the stones I wanted to use and rough out their placement. Alexis thoughtfully brought locking tweezers and a loupe, which meant I could examine the stones closely and make sure I was satisfied.
As promised, Alexis provided a rendering of the ring soon after our initial meeting. I was almost, but not quite, satisfied, and I was extremely impressed with Alexis's patience as we went through several versions of the design and eventually triangulated down to exactly what I wanted. I particularly appreciated her candour and tact when I asked for changes that no one would be able to see - and her professionalism when I insisted on making the changes anyway. I'm grateful to Alexis for letting me play such a large role in the design process where another designer might have ignored and sidelined me.
Most importantly, the ring is breathtaking. I love looking at it and feeling proud that part of the design came out of my brain, and my fiancee loves knowing it's one of a kind.
I am delighted to have found Alexis and her team and can't recommend them highly enough!
