  I would not recommend this service to anyone if they are seeking a PDF invitation. If you are looking for printed invitations, or for them to create something to their own specifics then they are the service for you. The save the dates they provided was decent but the invitation in which I had a harry potter themed vision was not to my satisfaction. We went through negotiations back and forth until I was too frustrated to continue. They do not refund so I cut my losses and created my own saved the dates through an iphone app called CANVA- which I would highly recommend to anyone who wants their own PDF invitations or save the dates done. As I did not receive a final product, they do not get a satisfactory rating. Angela was very professional but I found the business lacking in a few things:
  
  1. They charge in US currency. When they quoted me a price, they did not specify that it would be in US currency even though they are a Canadian company.
  2. The lack of refund. They did not offer me a partial refund for not providing me any final product.
  3. The lack of an apology. After I stated that I would no longer require their services, they did not follow up to apologize for the frustrating experience that I endured for my invitations and saved the dates to be completed.
  
  I usually would not be so particular but as this is my wedding, I do expect everything to be to my satisfaction. As their service was not, I did not further my business with them, but they did not lose anything as they kept the full charge without providing a final product, or an apology.
  
  Create your own- you're better off.

  Angela and her team do amazing work. I was searching for a unique one of a kind invite for my wedding. They absolutely delivered! They were very patient and understanding of my needs. Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with, very sweet and equally dedicated to producing these unique and one of a kind pieces of art. My guests all commented on how stunning they were! If you are NOT a cookie cutter kind of bride Cute N Trendy will deliver like no other! I was concerned I wasn't going to receive them by my deadline and Angela, expedited the shipping! Very grateful to her for doing that without any additional cost. I would put my name on her time and time again, Thank you for making this wedding journey that much more memorable, I saved an invite for myself to have and hold onto, these are precious memories I'll hold on to for a lifetime!

  Angela was a pleasure to work with- she listened, explain and collaborated to make our invitation absolutely amazing- it was what we wanted and so much more. Brilliant service, creativity and an amazing product! Would HIGHLY recommend Angela and Cute N Trendy- just great customer service and overall experience! Thanks you Angela!!

  Cute n trendy are so patient and helpful, my invitations were beautiful they really know how to execute their product, I'm so happy I found you...will be back for my thank you notes.

  Than you so much for all your help, Angela and her staff were amazing!!! They did our invitations, table numbers, and programs. I would recommend then very highly.

  We worked with Angela from Cute N Trendy for our wedding invitations, programs, place cards, and table numbers. She is an absolute dream to work with. She was so kind, sincere, responsive, and flexible. Everything came out so beautifully thanks to her and her incredible talent :) We received so many lovely compliments on our wedding invitations and programs.

  The invitations turned out amazing, I got so many complements on them! Communication was excellent and turn around time was much faster than the other company's were quoting me. I couldn't be more pleased!

  I LOVED LOVED LOVED the hand-made guest book that I ordered for my wedding! I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the product and I am so excited to see how it will look with all of the polaroid photos and notes from my wedding guests! Angela was really responsive to any and all emails that I sent to her regarding the guest book and even put a little something extra on the front of it based on our conversation through email. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort that was put into the guest book. A wedding is such a special event and the keepsakes are so important! I will have my guest book forever and the personal touches Angela put into it are amazing and really make it unique! Thank you so much! I am very grateful!
